Hope one of you might be able to direct me on where to configure Azure Authentication prompt instead of SSO.Currently IAM Identity Provider the configured and IFS Cloud is registered in Azure as an App for authentication.When a user goes to the landing page the following options are visible.   When the user clicks “Log In with IFS Cloud CFG” (the above highlighted) the system automatically logs in. Is there a way to enable the prompt so that user can select the Microsoft365 account to use… such as the one shown below…  

Hello,Ubuntu 20.04 is nearing end of Support (By 2025 April). Does anyone know whether there are plans to have a more latest Ubuntu version (22.04/24.04) for the Upcoming Cloud releases starting from IFS Cloud 24R2?Thanks

Business Impact/concern: End user experience in remote locations may be severely degraded without proper WAN connectivity. We have Cisco SD-WAN implemented in all our sites, which provides greatly improved user experience for IFS 10 users in e.g. Asia. We are extending the SD-WAN to Azure (implementing Cisco SD-WAN virtual appliances) in the coming weeks, and want to secure that IFS Cloud user experience gains from this implementation.Does anybody have any suggestions?

We currently have the Test Data Management feature enabled in our Build Place.We have a Dev-01 Environment up and in  “Running” status.We recently delivered a delivery into our Dev Use Place (We ordered a sanity build with a QA environment then ordered a delivery and installed it successfully).We tried to to order a Dev-02 Environment but we received this error:We ordered a QA environment and approved it as per the error message. Note - we kept Dev-01 running.We tried to order Dev-02 environment again but we received the same error.How do I resolve this error? Does this have anything to do with Dev-01 existing because it is based off of an older snapshot of our Dev Use Place?

Hi, does anyone face issues related to long running calls slowing down IFS?It was working fine for a while but since several weeks, we start noticing some long running calls related to the Method GetCountAttachments from the package ObjectConnectionServices.We are on APP10 upd 13 and did not move our UPD for more than a year.We are on full standard and only do change on the customization layer.We only use the following modules: Finance, Project, HR, Procurement, Sales, Document Management.I do not know where to search for this method and or to what it’s related.Any help will be welcome, Thanks. 

Hi Experts,I have 3 custom attributes(all are NUMBER format) in page ‘Customer’. They are LIST1,LIST2 and LIST3. The corresponding view is CUSTOMER_INFO_CFV. I want to add another custom attribute in work task page as TOT_LIST, which is also a number and should equal to sum of LIST1,LIST2 and LIST3.The corresponding view is  JT_TASK_LIGHT_UIVI know that I have to add a Read only type custom field in JtTask entity. I tried select statement, but was not successful(I can’t perform addition operation in a select statement ?) and then switched to use ‘Expression’ option and I am still not getting anywhere as I see. My sql knowledge is not that good either. I need a way to update the Component Scrap on the Shop Order Material tab when the order is created without user intervention in IFS Cloud.  Currently in Apps9 when we create a Configuration on a Shop Order Customer Order Line, the Scrap Qty is transferred to the creatd Shop Order.  This does not work in IFS Cloud.  Is this possible with a workflow? 

Hi, I need to display the “Account Type” field from the “CRM Info” page (under Customer) on the Request page.  To achieve this, I tried creating a read-only custom attribute in the SrvRequest entity. And I created an Entity Association between the CrmCustInfo entity and the SrvRequest entity using the Customer Id in the Projection Configuration. But CrmCustInfo is not listed in the Reference Entity dropdown of SrvRequest.. I have added the screenshots below.   

Hello,On our Sales Part, we add a secondary reference which is our client product number (the sales number is our internal reference)When an user add a Sales Part to a customer agreement, he select a sales part then do is configuration and validate it.Once it’s created, the secondary reference custom attribute which is a read only is filled.What I want, for clarity for user, is when they choose a sales part, the custom attribute is refreshed to display the value.You can see example on screenshots of what I except :  For now, the user can see this custom attribute only after validation and page refreshed (triggered by validation).Is there a way to achieve this ?Thank you

Hello. We added two new required fields for Business Opportunities, and made the changes both when going to Business Opportunities page and on the New Business Opportunity Page. However, the wizard for New Business Opportunities is skipping right by the required fields. As you can see, Main Representative is required as is Estimated Opportunity.  But the “Next” button becomes enabled even if you skip those fields.   And then you can just go on your way. How do I ensure that the button doesn’t become enabled until all the required fields are filled out?

How can I configure IFS to set the Date/Number format based on customer?For example, printing Delivery Note to a specific customer - the Date/Number format is retrieved from my user in the browser. Language ‘en’ and Date/Numbering Formatting = ‘sv-SE’.But for some customers I want this to be ‘en-GB’ or ‘en-US’ - UK and US use different date formats and since this is an external document the date formats should be based on the receiver and not me as the document creator.Do I need to create a complicated report rule, for each external document, that retrieves the country from the customer and then the default locale from the country code? Seems a bit complicated?Is there an easier way to accomplish this?Currently on IFS cloud 23.1.6

Hi,We have a requirement in IFS Report Designer to only include records with a particular field value in a table. I have used a Visible Condition on the table row, which works as intended, but the total on the footer is summing all records still. I’ve tried to apply a Visible Condition to the footer also, but it doesn’t work.Has anyone come across a requirement like this before, and found a way of achieving this in Report Designer? (without customising the report definition)Regards

Hi team,Is it possible to adjust the expiration interval of sessions in IFS Cloud（23R2）?We've observed that there is a system parameter associated with session timeout, but unfortunately, we're unable to modify it. Please refer to the attached image. Is the value of this parameter the session interval? If we can't change it from Aurena screen, can we change its value at the time of installation? In the Search function in some pages, there is a toggle for Show only current results.When this is on or off, what effect does this have in the results returned from the search?

Good afternoon from Brazil,I use Google tools for email at the company I work for, I use IFS Applications 10, I have 2 companies within the system, and I need to configure their respective emails so that when the system automatically sends emails to customers and suppliers.I believe it is possible to create 2 actions for mail_sender1 on the IFS Connect configuration screen and I would also have mail_sender2.But how am I going to tell the system that when I am connected to company A, it needs to select the mail_sender1 settings, and when I am connected to company B, the system needs to select the mail_sender2 settings?The configuration screen is the one in the image below, where I would create mail_sender2  

Version: IRS Cloud 23R1We have a couple of users that experience that the contrast between dark grey text and light grey background impairs visibility. The appearance designer does not allow changes to these colours.Example  Can additional themes, besides the light and dark, be added and customized? Is there any other options for high visibility or better contrast that can be activated in IFS Cloud?

I am trying to make navigation link from inventory part to work task form. I try to use work task objstate as filter. If I use link to navigate, it doesn’t find any worktasks at first, but when you click manually search it finds released worktasks.   After manually clicking search: What is wrong in this case? BR-Pertti
