BuilPlace capture all activities (Jobs) with the invokers email etc, however it seems it doesn't send any email notifications when Jobs status changed by cloud.

This is very difficult as we order sanity builds etc that cloud teams perform but since there is no notifications , we have to log to builplace and keep refreshing to check if the jobs are performed or not.

Yes its a bit of a pain. There are rumours they would add something like email notifications for the build place but no idea in which release...

Hi @sanjk ,

This topic has been discussed with the product development team and they have accepted this to the future product road-map. Email notification service on the ALE portal will be introduced in a future release.

@Shirantha Herath  Is there any update on where in the roadmap this functionality is?

Having notifications of job completion, whether that be successful sanity builds, delivery builds, or failures on anything would save so much time on buildplace administration.

I have a customer who is doing weekly build place deployments at the moment, we lose a lot of time when things like topic builds, sanity builds or delivery builds are required and they fail, but you have no way of knowing unless you are constantly checking for progress. Or even when trying to get through the entire process, and losing time between jobs completing and the next job being started.
