Hello,   I have problem about IFS System Monitoring in IFS Application 10 upd7, and image does not apper in some IFS System Monitoring at menus Database   Memory and CPUDatabase Locks    SGA Info    Scheduled Jobs 

I had used an IAL on an crystal report.The crystal report runs from the REP view..  When I preview the report in Crystal reports I can see the values from IALBut when I view the same report with the same result key from IFS, the fields from IAL is displayed empty. P.S. I don’t get any error, just that the fields from IAL shows up in Crystal report and it does not show up in IFSCrystal Reports PreviewIFS Preview 

When try to create a new ifs home using installer.cmd located inside IFSHOME or create a new instance using installer.cmd located  BUILDHOME/build_home/installer/os/windows, we got a below error Error :Error in Ant-script: server\install_fndmws.xmlReported error is: The following error occurred while executing this line:C:\ACS2_DEV2APP10\build_home\server\install_fndmws.xml:214: Failed to install Middelware Server! We are migrating our business documents to IFS Report Designer and I have found the Signatures I am placing on the documents shrink depending on how much room is left at the bottom of the document.  In IFS documentation they refer to an Image property - Keep aspect ratio.  I do not have that as an Image property so not sure how to adjust the Signatures so they don’t shrink to an unreadable size.  IFS Report Designer v100.0.0003.  I have attached a word document with screen shots of the layout-image properties, normal image size if goes to 2nd page, shrunken image.  I have placed the image into a table, in a cell at the end of the document and have not set it to Keep with anything before or after it.  Would be great to include these types of issues in your documentation. 

Hi All, Issue:Customization option for default menu items isn’t working.Path:Go to “prepare work order” screen. RMB à Properties à Advanced Uncheck not required menu items from checklist and click OK. Again, click OK to apply changes.Expected result:Hide unchecked items.Actual result:All default items visible.

In IFS Applications 10, Oracle Low Level security enhance the data segregation to the row level, and it is a good way to enhance it, when the customer requires a very detailed data segregation.I’d like to know if it is still valid in IFS Cloud, or in IFS Cloud it is a different strategy available

Hello,I am working on renaming our current Invoice PDF file to show Invoice No in its name, At present it is showing Result key. So far i tried to add from Xpath in the ‘Subject’ from the table, having no luck. it instead add date time and some random numbers that i can’t figure out.Does anyone have any experience with it. Does IFS even allow it?  At present we are in IFS8 but soon will be updating to IFS10. So if we can achieve this in IFS10 that will work too. Besides Report Rules can we approach it from some other windows? On APPS9. Trying to display a 12 month trend in a line-chart. There are data-points for each day and the element size is set as 4x2 (shouldn’t matter). When running the lobby data is shown for ~4months then it cuts the time-line. What is the limiting factor for this in line chart elements?.. Can the line elements only handle 4months (~120 days) of data? Seems a bit limiting if that is the case..

Hi Everyone,I’m new to the IFS Community so apologies if I’ve posted a question that has already been addressed.My company is currently running IFS9 update 16 and I’m just exploring a customer request which a lobby would be suitable for. I noticed, however, that when adding a line graph as a new element that the SQL statement when running the debugger is only fetching 100 rows -  (FETCH NEXT 100 ROWS ONLY). This is therefore not showing all the data we need.I took a look at the options within the element designer and data source designer but wasn’t able to find anything. Essentially we are looking for a line graph to show daily results. Is there anything I can do to overcome this or is this standard within IFS?Many Thanks,Dan 

Hello IFS Community: As you can see in the below print screen, we have enabled Time Tracker 2.1.9. But the strange thing is, when we click the Configure link, the page that gets loaded is empty. Is that normal? Is there an explanation to it? Side note - Our field technicians are using the IFS Time Tracker 9 iOS version without any problem and the data transfer is happening without any issues between IFS and mobile devices.   

 HiFor example customer wants to remove IFS EE and Add-ons links and change icon/picture.  

Hi All, Any suggestions would be appreciated, I have taken a copy of TEST to put on to a new virtual machine. The IFS home builds if I use a new RTM build or a clone of the existing TEST onto the new box. I keep however receiving this error in the node manager logs. With the recent announcement of IFS and Dell BOOMI integration I’d love to see real life use cases of how IFS users are integrating systems using BOOMI. For example; Dynamics365 and IFS Apps.  A white paper on this topic would be really helpful to show users what is possible.

I am using a functional user that has admin permissions when answering the IFS authentication challenge, when acquiring the token. This functional user is not part of the Azure AD but I can sign into IFS as an admin using this users credentials.I’m not sure how to use any other user due to the directory id and/or PW for SSO?All

Hi Community,One of my XML Business rule is creating records for another table, But that thing is not happening consistently. When this BR fails I am geeting follwoing exception in the Server Log.“Exception executing business process perform: Metrix.BusinessServer.Transactions.Exceptions.TransactionNotFoundException: Cannot find any transaction associated with the current thread for the requested operation.”Has anyone any idea about it, what this exception belongs to and where I need to check in order to resolve it? Thanks In Advance !!

Hi, I am testing an integration with REST Sender. The integration will use OAuth 2.0 Client Credential authentication and works fine when I test with Postman. However when I perform the same via the IFS REST Sender am receiving 401 errors (for auth). This could be a configuration related mistake on my end and want to know if any one has used the REST Sender with OAuth 2.0 Client Credential? Regards,
