Hi Community,     Is this possible that we track all activity to the users in IFS 10.    which user do update, delete command in table .   If we want see in database of IFS that which user use table for deleted record ,insert record .etc. Thanks in advance. 

Hi,In the case f my customer, It was agreed to set up juste one Base Profile and have the possibility to use Personnel Profile by users.After starting, severel personalizations have been stored in the Base profile by administrator, and in the Personnel Profile by the users.The problem, when the customer decides the retroacvtivity on a personalization of Base Profile.Case:  making a field non mandatory, initially this field was made mandatory in the Base Profil. When applying this Base profile again, the modification is not visible to some users, bacause they had made some personalizations on the same window,  stored in the Personnel Profil, because by definition,  and as standard, it is the Personal Profile that takes precedence (which have priority). Have you any solutions for this case? than you in advance for your help.Ouahiba  

I would like to utilize the Document Macros functionality in IFS.I am wondering if somebody have a tutorial.

Good Afternoon, I was wondering if it was possible to be able to pull multiple sites from the lobby filter, i have a inventory elelement and right now i can filter one site at a time, and it loads into my element correctly, was wondering if there was a way to be able to add multiple site codes and have all those load into the elemenet.This is something i am just testing so i dont have to have multiple lobbies for each individual. if its not possible it is not a big deal. we are looking at accessing Aurena from the internet rather then using VPN. The documentation refers to a reverse proxy but we are currently using a port forwarding rule within our firewall to access our Touch Apps server. Does anyone have any Pros and Cons regarding both methods? Also, exposing port 48080 to access Aurena, is there a way to change the port to the admin portal so it isn’t accessible from the web ( /admin ). thanks,Steven

Hi,I’m trying to upload a file via an Aurena REST API. However I can’t figure out what I should use as in the FileData. I’m getting a message “Invalid value for property 'FileData'”. I’ve tried several encoding methods but I have had no luck yet. Image of the input and error. 

Hello,I migrated existing transformer from Apps 8 to APPS10 for testing Intercompany schedules transformer and I am getting the below error and this error is not identified in our current Apps 8 version, only occurred in Apps10.Here is the error message..Error while preparing input data. Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.config.ConfigCache$MissingConfigException: Missing Transformers configuration for instance 'Transformer' Please let me know how to debug this Issue or any suggestion will be highly appreciated.Appreciated, thanks

We just installed the CRM Panel and it’s live in Outlook. The issue is when I click on it and bring up the pane, it really doesn’t do anything. I see a list of contacts there with a plus sign next to them, but when I click it nothing happens. I was there at WOCO 2019 when the showed this and I know it does much more. What am I missing? This is all I see       I found that this wasn’t granted so I added that, but it didn’t change anything. Is this and IFS thing or a Microsoft thing    

Hello,Are there any script functions for working with dates and times?I’d like to work with the date and time as an integer so I can get the difference in hours between two date variables.  I can do Date1 - Date2 but the result is another date.  I’m just wanting the hours. Something like JavaScripts Date.getTime() would be very helpful.

Hi Guys, Print jobs are not working, when checked the log getting below error in batch server log.MessageQueueManager-BATCH2.ifs.fnd.batchserver.task.TaskManager.run --> MessageQueueTask-BATCH2 (TIMED_OUT) in state TASK_TIMED_OUTI am using IFS8 SP1, I am getting error in batch server Task timed out. Because of this my Print Job are in waiting and also application messages are in released state.I have restarted complete server, Tried increase batch process for Batch2 from IFS connect also restarted Application server task.Any idea on this… Thanks in AdvanceAnshul

Hi All, Question : It’s mentioned in the IFS documentation that there is a Oracle Job for gathering table statistics from Oracle 10g, and also an IFS job probably triggers this oracle job. It’s advised to use only one. Where can i find IFS related scheduled job which is responsible for gathering statistics?  Answer : “In Oracle10g there is a predefined Oracle job for gathering statistics. The job is called GATHER_STATS_JOB and can be seen in the view Dba_Scheduler_Job. You shall either use the Oracle job or the IFS job for gathering statistics, not both. You turn off the Oracle job by using Dbms_Scheduler.Stop_Job('GATHER_STATS_JOB');” There is a form called Oracle Objects in IFS applications. This can be used to analyze a performance issue whether the statistics are old. Also you can select specific object and gather statistics if you are facing a problem in a certain DB object. Hope this helps. 

Tried to access the IFS Academy (Customers)  last week and it stated password incorrect.  Clicked on the Forgot Password and entered email address,  I have still not received any update.Is there a contact email address of the IFS Academy? Thank you.

MacOS users cannot report time. We have to use a spreadsheet and manually input in IFS.Is there any workaround or solution that time registration for MacOS users so that they can fulfill and we can load in IFS avoiding the input work?

Hi community,  in Apps 9 users would get a popup when there user account was almost expired and in grace period. Now, in Apps 10, users do not get any message.  The setup of the profile is the same.Does anyone know how to get the message popup for users when their account is about to expire ?Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone.Does anyone know how does “Order confirmation” check box work ?and which screen is related ?Is it related with Customer Order screen/Right click/Print Order Confirmation ? I tried uncheck “Order Confirmation” check box, then send email from Print Order Confirmation function. Hello community,   We use apps10, UPD6 where we can add an attachment to an employee file with drag and drop, select a document class, create and then press ‘run’. When we drag and drop multiple files, the ‘run’ option does not appear, causing only the person that drops the attachments can view them. Other users dont see the attachments at all.   Is there a way to insert multiple attachments at once and then ‘run’ them all together in one action ? Thanks in advance.
