Has anyone used IFS Cloud with Perplexity Comet assistant? I would like to hear the feedback :)My personal experience is that it can do basic tasks like create a new record, update, understand error messages (and actually fix missing data due to validation errors!)Search function does not work properly specially for enumerations since the field names are dynamically generated.What’s your experience?

Hi,We have a custom enumeration that’s been updatable but now also needs to be insertable; it seems like every other DB option is editable except for insertable. Are we stuck now that this was already created? I tried disapproving/unpublishing, no luck.

Has anyone added a lobby page as a navigation from a page in cloud 22r2?I am trying to add Customer360 as a custom button from case but I do not see the customer 360 page in the navigation link drop down  

Has anyone ever seen a BPA validation observation throw the error, but the IFS user interface not register it?  This was working properly and stopping the release of the Sales Quotation header until I updated the JavaScript to also check an additional custom field. It was already checking oob fields and a custom field. Any ideas on what the cause might be, would be appreciated.

I’m also facing a similar error – “too long” – when trying to log in with the same credentials provided for the dev environment. All the details seem correct, but after clicking on Test Connection, I get the “too long” error within a few seconds.We are on the IFS 25R1 environment. Could you kindly advise on this?Many thanks,

Hello!I have made a custom field/custom attribute which is editable and required on page purchase requisition (Entity: PurchaseRequisition). I want the same field on the purchase order page (Entity: PurchaseOrder), but as an uneditable reference to the connected purchase requisition.Both entities are able to host custom fields, and I understand that I must make some sort of read-only custom field on purchase order page as well, but I am lost with regards to what reference option/statement I should use.Can anyone help?

Please provide an updated list of tables to export from a target DB, before you clone and overwrite the target DB. The lists of tables i see here in community are about 3 years old.Is there a new list with updated tables? 

Hi team, We are working on using Boomi to integrate IFS and Procore. We are facing a few issues with the IFS Apps10 connector and unsure if this is lack of our understanding or something the connector does not support. Appreciate any insights in our challengesFor get operations we are unable to send query parameters which we can when using Postman, this has forced us to create custom projections when we could use a standard with query parameters. For post operations we run into the XSRF issue and have to perform a get call first to get the XSRF token. Is the approach always to perform the get and then use the post connector or can the post connector handle the XSRF call internally.Appreciate your insights. Thanks,Nitin

We have a customer that have customizations in IFS10 Aurena UPD10 and will get error Cannot read properties of null (reading 'metadata') in Aurena.Have someone else had the same problem and have a solution? First I enter a person that already exists and I get an error message in customized detail page Individual.  I press “Cancel New” and then I search in the overview page, mark the row and click on command Individual to get back to the detail page Individual. Then I get a client error in the detail page Individual. 

Hello, I am looking for a way to restrict users’ access to some of the controls in the IFS table view. I have not seeing anything in Permission Sets. I would like to prevent them from going into settings and column chooser. I would also like to set a default view for the table and the number of records it returns. I have not found anything in the help or on the community that outlines how this control works. In IEE I was able to user Permission Sets to prevent users from making changes to the appearance of screen. Any guidance for IFS Cloud would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, We are using IFS10 and time to time in backround job has warning : Error occurs when MRP snapshot Site DK10. Original error ORA-20115: BatchBalanceNode.FND_REMOVED: The "Batch Balance Node" has already been removed by another user.. Not even part number entered to warning.. Does anyone have idea, which kind of situation creates that warning?we use scheduled task chains and that warning comes in this step.  

In IFSAPP10, this table object is being updated and we don’t no why? Why would this table object be updated (SECURITY_SYS_REFRESH_USER_TAB)? There are no records in the table at this time. Does it get effected by a security refreash?Need to know for audit purposes. Thank you.

Hi,We have set of crystal operational reports and are planning to convert them into new Report Studio layouts in cloud. Most of these crystals are having multiple views connected along with a REP view. But the problem is, in Report Studio layouts, we cannot connect multiple views and allows only the REP view.What is the best method to achieve this instead of overtaking the standard RDF?​@dsj any ideas?ThanksRoshanga

Hello IFS Community,I exported a layout from the IFS CFG environment on the Report Definition page. It’s a working layout that I previously modified and now need to update. However, when I try to open it in IFS Report Designer (connected to the CFG environment), the PDF does not open.I haven’t made any changes yet. Even when I try to open layouts that I had successfully modified before, the PDF still does not open.Has anyone experienced this behavior or know what might be causing it?As shown in the screenshot below, I am connected to the CFG environment.
