Hi, we have a customer that want’s to restrict internet access for the middle tier server. Is it any place where all endpoint that needs to be open to enable installation/runtime. We have based the openings on a rather old comunity post for 21r1 We based the openings on this but it is missing https://registry.k8s.io.Could you pleas add a complete list for what to whit list and put it into the installation documentation?

Hello,I’m trying to duplicate parts to create them into another site (contract) of my company.It’s part of a workflow which automatize unballasting between our main site to sub site.I tried to use CopyPart projection in API calls (type call or create), InventoryPartHandling, but it doesn’t work.The function (invoke) DefaultCopy used from the inventory part webpage to “duplicate” is not available in projection API so I don’t know how to process.Right now, I fetch the entity element I need from API call then I create a new entity element with it.But for inventory part for exemple, I got 90+ fields to fill.I don’t think this is the good solution and a real copy function should exist, but can’t find it, or make it work (Copypart.svc) ?Thank you

Hello,I'm trying to get a better handle on the "Report Print Task Template" in IFS Cloud, and focussing to getting it to work right and run smoothly.If anyone could help me out with these concerns: Do we actually need to create a separate task template for every language our users work in, like for English (gb) and Swedish (sv)? What's the deal with the logical and physical printer mapping? I've been testing it out, and it seems like the print jobs go to all our printers through print agent which already configured with the printer mapping no matter what I map here (tried without any printer mapping, just having logical printers, logical and physical mapping together and mix mode as well). So, am I missing the point, or is this section not really needed for printing? And if that mapping is important, does it also apply to those default logical printers like PDF_PRINTER, NO_PRINTOU

I'm currently developing custom IFS Cloud components using Developer Studio.I found the Analyzing Model Dependencies option below, so I tried it out.https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/25r1/060_development/050_development_tools/002_developer_studio/030_reference/200_model_editor/040_an_dep/However, as shown in the attached screenshot, only one entity is displayed, and I'm not sure what effect it has.I think it's a feature that displays the static and dynamic dependencies of a model, but how do I use it?

I am trying to use the ReceiveEinvoiceService rest endpoint to pull in supplier invoices.  I have 2 attachments that I would like to associate with the invoice.  One attachment is a pdf of the original invoice that we received from the supplier.  The other attachment is a csv file for the data we were able to OCR from the pdf.  My end goal is to have IFS receive the invoice details and for it to show up in the External Supplier Invoices section so that an end user can match the invoices to purchase orders and receivers. On my end, I know the unique identifiers from the Oracle Tables -> Supplier (the Supplier_Id column inside of the Supplier_Info_Tab table) and the Company (the Company column inside of the Company_Tab table).   Based on the documentation, I can use the SupplierIdentity to specify the Supplier and the CustomerIdentity to specify the Company on the request.   For my test scenario, the supplier is associated to

Hello, I am new to using IFS Cloud in the cloud. I have always used IFS on prem. I went through the necessary steps and have received the ability via ifsinfo and ifsdbreadonly to get into the database via sql developer to do some select statements. However, I am coming across the problem where I can only do a SELECT statement on some views and not others.EX: IFSAPP.CUSTOMER_ORDER returns nothing but IFSAPP.CUSTOMER_ORDER_ADDRESS returns normal information.There are many more examples.Why is this? Or how am I able to query all of the views without issue? Thanks, Eli

Hi ,There is script type plugin report created and repeaters are as in the following screenshot  All the other fields except Customer Name is visible on the generated report. Please find variables defined below  If I set SHOP_ORDER_OPERATION tag as the repeater then custom fields are visible on generated report. Is there any reason why it’s not available for RESERVATION repeater. Values are available in generated xml . Environment is  in 23.2.19Thanks in Advance,Regards,Hasini Erandi

We run IFS Apps 10 and have the IFS EE Link Handler Chrome extension installed on each computer. This morning, we’ve had users that are unable to get into IFS. If you go to the web store to view the extension, you’ll see the following error:This extension may soon no longer be supported because it doesn't follow best practices for Chrome extensions.Has anyone else noticed this? Without this extension our 500 users will be unable to access the application. For reference, all computers noticing this issue are on the most recent Chrome version as of today and we have advised a reboot with no success - 131.0.6778.205.

Hi IFS Community, During the ‘ingress’ helm charts installation stage on a remote environment, we encountered the below issue.Error: chart "priority-class" matching --kubeconfig=F:/ifs_25r1/ifsroot/utils/../config/kube/config not found in ifscloud index. (try 'helm repo update'): improper constraint: --kubeconfig=F:/ifs_25r1/ifsroot/utils/../config/kube/config  The ingress namespace has been created but due to the above error none of the deployments have been initiated. The kubeconfig file was retrieved from the middltier server and it is placed inside the ifsroot\config\kube and the users working .\kube directory in the user’s directory as well. Furthermore, The above error only occurs for the  ifs-ingress helm chart installation. The ifs-storage helm chart installation is successful Has anyone encountered this issue before? Thanks in advance for your recommendations​​​​​

I think it would be nice/beneficial to be able to generate a Transport Task from a Material Requisition. There is the option of course to print a paper pick list, but we are trying to be as paperless as possible, so the ability to have a task for the warehouse workers to action against would be great. It could either be a button on the Material Requisition screen itself, to create a Transport task; Or there could maybe be a “Create Transport Task(s) from Material Requisition” background job / wizard. Our current work around, without customization, is to just manually create a Transport Task but this can sometimes be tedious as some of our requisitions come from the Engineering Department that can have upwards of 50 lines.

    I have tried a reconfigure but the failed items still persist. Any ideas/pointers would be much appreciated.

I have created a new Quick Report, but it is not accessible via our integration OData endpoint (/QuickReports.svc), resulting in a RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND error. Other, older Quick Reports are accessible through the same API endpoint. In the API Explorer, we can see a Default Application Type (Main) and a Compatibility Application Type (Int). Our Power BI connection uses the Int type. It seems the new Quick Report is not being published to the Int application type's metadata. When publish
