When trying to save a modified (Prior Published versions already available) Business Reporter Excel report, nothing happens. If tried to Run the report without saving, the following error appears.errorIfs.Application.Br.Core.ErrorHandling.ReportException: Software failure\nUnexpected error at Ifs.Application.ExcelReporter.ReportDesigner.RowColumn.SaveGui() at Ifs.Application.ExcelReporter.ReportDesigner.ReportGridPane.SaveGui() at Ifs.Application.ExcelReporter.ReportDesigner.ReportDesignPane.SaveGui() at Ifs.Application.ExcelReporter.MainWorkbook.PrepareReportExecution() Have already removed the add in and reinstalled/ restarted to try to avoid this error. Other reports seem to save, even the same report with a change like adding an empty sheet makes

I need help to determine if I need additional IFS Modules? We currently create an RMA when a customer returns a damaged part to us for repair. We want to capture any labor and material used to fix/repair the part. Most of our parts are CTO/MTO and returned to us for repair. We are on IFS APPS10 UPD#11. What would be the best process and Modules needed?Thank you,

Just installed the latest version IFS Developer Studio,  22.1E.9419 (Build 2023-05-11 10:06).   Once installed, I could not open my existing project.  I re-cloned the repository and once I did that, it would open the project, but now, it will not save the database connections in the project.  I have added and tested them and they are good, but when I close the screen to add them, the database still shows the broken icon:I have downloaded the older version of IFS Developer Studio (21.82.856800), and it works fine.   I will add that we are on IFS release 10, update8.    Thank you in advance for your help! 

Hi All,Login Events screen in IFS Cloud is not showing the correct login time.Time zone in middle-tier server and database server is UTC + 2 but Login Events screen shows login time in UTC time zone.Using version IFS Cloud 22R1 SU13.Can someone please suggest what can be the issue.Regards,Sahil Gupta

We’re in IFS APP10 and a quick report (SQL) of which the source is an IAL (i.eSELECT … FROM IFSINFO.C_SOME_IALWHERE ...) fails to export to excel. When clicked on the function, it shows the quick report execution dialog to enter parameters and then shows the error when pressed ok  This quick reportThis does not happen to another standard quick report for example with permission to “IFS_ALL” but even if “IFS_ALL” is granted to this report, it still gives the same error.Our other quick reports done without using IALs do not give this error, therefore I believe the IAL is not readable to the Export to Excel function.Questions:

As the first step, the necessary information is inserted into an virtual and it is successful. Final step is to invoke POST https://carrix-stg.ifs.cloud/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/SimpleWorkReportingAssistantHandling.svc/SimpleWorkReportingSet(Objkey='{Objkey}')/IfsApp.SimpleWorkReportingAssistantHandling.SimpleWorkReportingVirtual_Finish.Here, the objkey is needed from the previous step as a Path Parameter and it does not accept a request payload. I was able to extract the objkey using the below method.

I am trying to create a Custom Field on the Purchase Order that pulls the Lead Engineer from a WO into the PO as the Order Contact. I am trying to get this to work and having problems doing so, it is not showing an error but I am not seeing the Lead Engineer. Hi In crystal reports its nessasary to have access IFSPRINT user to database views.In APPS10 we do grant permission to IFSPRINT from database grant scripts or we give neccesary permission to IFSPRINT from permission sets.However in IFS cloud as we do not have access to database direclty and also we canot grant database view permission direclty, we have issues running crystal reportsHow do we give access to IFSPRINT user database views?This is actually required to run crystal reports in IFS cloud. Any recommandations to achive this?Regards,
