Hi @PROAHAR,
Since it is an Invalid username/password error, have you checked whether the IFSSYS and IFSADMIN passwords are correctly set in the ifscloud-values.yaml file? Please also check whether you can login to the database as well using those credentials and the users are unlocked.
You can find the documentation on general parameters in ifscloud-values.yaml file here:
https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r1/070_remote_deploy/010_installing_fresh_system/200_installing_ifs_cloud/035_ifs_cloud_ifsinstaller/030_installation_parameters/#general_parameters
You can also follow the steps mentioned in below KBA to verify the database connectivity from within the cluster:
Hope this helps!
Thank you. It was the IFSSYS password at fault, must not have been set properly.
I now get this when it starts the ifsapp-amm pod:
Events:
Type Reason Age From Message
---- ------ ---- ---- -------
Warning Unhealthy 4m52s (x197 over 3h32m) kubelet Startup probe failed: Unable to connect to database
I’ve checked the ifsmon-password and ifsapp-user passwords and they both seem correct.
Which password does it use to connect to the database and what permissions should it have?
Thanks,
Alex
