Hi,I’m trying to figure out how to add custom data fields to a Report.In some of my reports I can find custom fields from a table in the hiaracy fx my shipment delivery note. In that one I can find alle CF from the shipment_cfv view. But for other reports I can’t find any CF’s as fx this on: Is there any way out of this other than asking someone with a development licence?I’m in IFS 9

Customer wants to configure JMS sender/reader to send messages to a JMS server and receive messages. Do we have any documentation to follow in order to configure a JMS server instance that IFS connect can communicate to?

Hi All,I am very new to IFS Workflow (BPA) things and trying to simple insertion in same page where I am getting data.No error is getting from debug when yet to deploy it but getting an Ⓔ. Hello, I am trying to add notes to shop orders, either the header level notes, the material part line item notes, document text notes, etc, but nothing appears in the SHOP_ORDER_REP view when querying it. There are note columns for shop orders but none get populated no matter what. I cannot add the Shop Order to the documents list to add document text to it (and have that print out on reports) either as IFS does not support that functionality (shocker). Is there any way to get across any kind of user-inputted notes? I wanted to add information to shop orders that way as the custom fields you create dont appear on reports without backend modifications… any and all input would be appreciated. Thanks,Bryan

If a field on the entity is a referenced field, how can we show on Aurena page this field with multi-select option?This fields is not an enumeration type, but references another entity data.

 When I preview my data source I see the following count returned in the data source preview and database (toad)However, when in the lobby overview, the element is not returning data  Any ideas?

I have a custom REST API(POST) for an integration process.In this process, I need to pass a Post Code and create a location and retrieve Map Position (latitude/longitude).This can be done using standard method Location_Party_Address_API.Create_Location_With_Address(). Above method again calls a method Map_Position_API.Retrieve_Map_Position() and it has a call to an external REST API.Problem here is, when I call my custom REST API, other external REST API (Geocode Request Sender) executes in a separate session and my custom REST API call cannot see the data created from Map_Position_API.Retrieve_Map_Position().Just after the POST, it commits Map Positions into map_position_tab Do we have any other core methods/workaround where it is possible to create a location in IFS and retrieve Map Position latitude/longitude in one go?

I have background jobs that are erroring out occasionally.  These are jobs created by users.  Is there a way to send a notification to the user who scheduled a job if the job errors?

Hello,I have been playing around with the formatting addition to 22R2. Are there any future enhancements planned for this? It would be benifitial if the following could be adde, Within the Condition show the columns in alphabetical order and include the ability to search for the required column. Include all the fields available in the view. Example being that in the Shop Orders view you cant added the start or finish date as an option. Include the ability to use != for all fields. Again within the shop order view you can say that the Status !=Released. You can only select a specific status. Is OR being added as a condition? Is there a way we can add in a comparison between fields. Example in the customer order lines I would like to say if the sales qty = delivered qty show GREEN. Can we have more colours added. Much more options in EE. Can we have the ability to re-order the priorities within th

HelloI’m trying to consume IFS REST API for integration purposes.We’ve set up ADFS as identity provider, I was able to get id token, but when calling GET on CurrencyTypeSet projection i’m getting 401 Unauthorized. I also noticed in WWW-Authenticate response header an error:: error_description="fbdb0e4e-d282-43ac-93b3-5ddf10abc923: Signature of the provided id token could not be validated against the public signing keys of the identity provider."What to check to solve the issue?

How to remove "Show Hidden Item" option from Navigator - in IEEI have a requirement to hide some navigator items,  but after hiding still LTU user have the option to see the item with RMB  option “Show Hidden Item”,I want to remove this RMB option, does anybody knows how to do this please?

Hi All,Is it possible to run a Quick Report from a Custom Menu without showing the parameter window ?Just to be more clear. It is a SQL Quick Report. The SQL command is something like select a,b,c from view where d=’&parameter’.Now my question is: when it is invoked by a Custom Menu, I don’t want to see the window that is asking me for &parameter, I just want to run it and see the results.Is this possible ?Thanks.

In IFS Cloud is it possible to create text lobby element attached to a datasource?

After cloning prod to test, then IFS PROD getting hang every day exactly at 8.30am cest. can u please help why its getting clash and hanging, after we restart mwsctl then IFS PROD is working again next day same time 8.30am cest again its hanging, wadaco component license error also coming every day, after we restart mwsctl then wadaco license working then again after 24hrs wadaco error coming. this started happened after we cloned the new test from prod. Please help on this issue.

Hello,I’m looking for a way to migrate the entire BPA that I created to another environment. There is a Download Workflow option if we go inside each version of the BPA but if we have multiple versions for the same BPA, I do not see an export option to do it as a whole. Is there a way we can export a BPA with all its versions in Cloud 22R2?
