We come accross a REST API error,  see below

Any idea what is going on this error?  It is the error from part creation.

Hi @ronhu,

 

Can you give more detail about your request? Which handling are you using? Which method of handling are you using? If you are sending the POST request can you show the body part of the request? Screenshots are going to be perfect.

Hi @ronhu,

I think we don’t have this handling in our version.The problem look like related with partDescription or infoText. Can you check those? Try without special characters.

@hhy38 We don’t have technical here. it is a customization by IFS. 

we are trying to understand what the issue is from the error message.

meantime, we tried in the application, looks like we also cannot create new part due to error message not authorized to enter info text.
