Get Quick Report data via REST API call

Hi all,I’m trying to GET the content of a Quick Report using the REST APIs. I can see the endpoints in API Explorer; but when I make the request in Postman, although the status code is 200, the payload is an empty array (see image).I’ve tried this with a couple of different endpoints:https://.../projection/v1/QuickReports.svc/QuickReport_36969() https://.../projection/v1/QuickReport36969.svc/VirtualOrderSqlReportsBoth give the same result. I’ve also tried with a couple of other Quick Reports - it’s not just that one.The endpoints are showing as ‘Active’ in API Explorer (and presumably I’d get an error if they weren’t anyway). Is there something else I need to do to ‘activate’ the APIs? The Quick Reports themselves are generated from an SQL statement, if that makes a difference (and to confirm - if I view the report directly, there is plenty of data to see!).

SAP Crystal reports connections

Hello,I'm using SAP Crystal Reports 2013 to create reports for IFS, similar to what my predecessor did successfully. I'm trying to establish a connection without specifying the port name, but the report only allows me to set the datasource location when I include the full server name along with the port. Otherwise, I receive an error.I've checked my tnsnames.ora file in the oracle_home folder, and the service name appears to be correct with no typos.However, when I use the full server name with the port in the report, the quick report in IFS fails to open and shows the error message “Failed to retrieve the report.”Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Error in SCIM configurations to manage the user creation in IFS Cloud

Hi,I’m creating this case on behalf of customer who are currently in App9 and planning to go-live with IFSCloud. Customer done SCIM configuration based on the technical document shared and they stuck in Attribute mapping and issue noted below. Is it possible to guide customer to resolve this error. Hello everyone, I am encountering an issue where the custom fields that are present in the application are not visible in the hierarchy within the report designer. Here is a detailed explanation of the problem: The custom fields have been successfully created and are visible within the application.But when attempting to design a report, these custom fields do not appear in the hierarchy section of the report designer. How to Dynamically Display Supplier/Customer Logos or Person Pictures in the Lobby

I want to add a Supplier Logo in the Lobby, which should dynamically change depending on the supplier ID. Is this possible? Any ideas?I have tried using Image/Text Elements and Web Content Elements, but I was not successful. Does anyone know how to achieve this?I think it is the same problem as displaying the Logo of a Customer or a Person’s Picture. Therefore, if anyone knows how to do it, that would be great.

Error in Aurena after applying IFS Cloud 22.1.6 on top of 22.1.5.

I have encountered an issue while working with a customer . The Oracle version is 19C (19.15.0.0.0) on Linux.The Oracle version is 19C (19.15.0.0.0) on Linux, and I have deployed a delivery with IFS Cloud 22.1.6 on top of 22.1.5.There was an issue during the deployment of the database objects due to the Oracle parameter job_queue_processes being set to 0 in the container database, while the value was set to 16 in the pluggable database. This caused the deployment to stall, and I had to terminate the database session.The job_queue_processes value was set to 16 in the container and pluggable databases and the deployment resumed.After completion of the Middle tier deployment, I started Aurena and logged in as IFSADMIN to reset the password for the application owner.These are the error messages showing in the Aurena client. Multiple instances of Remote IFS Cloud on a single server

Today with Apps 9, we have multiple DEV environments hosted on a single application server and on a single database server. We keep them separated with different database service names and different port numbers. (Production has its own set of servers, as does our final UAT environment.) When we move to a Remote deployment of IFS Cloud, is this still going to be feasible? Will we be able to host multiple nonproduction instances on a single server? ...and would we still want to?

Generation issues for 24R2

Greetings,I have some hard time implemention projection action. Originally appeared when customizing a projection, but I’ve succesfully reproduced with a new projection from scratch as well: Successfully created a method from a generated skeleton to a new PLSVC file. However, when trying to generate the code, I get ImplementationMissing error: It reproduces with the documentation examples as well.It seems that no matter what I do, projection files do not search the implementation in .plsvc when generating.What is funny that IDE itself detects the methods properly.Please help me to resolve the generation issues.
