Hi Everyone,

I would like to understand the feasibility and recommended approach for using PERFIDIA in conjunction with the Germany Tax Template reporting requirements within IFS environment.

Specifically, looking for guidance on the following:

  • Is PERFIDIA supported, certified, or commonly used with IFS applications?
  • What is the standard process for installing and configuring PERFIDIA for Germany tax reporting?
  • Are there any standard connectors, APIs, or recommended integration frameworks available between IFS and PERFIDIA?
  • How is access to PERFIDIA obtained? Is it licensed directly from PERFIDIA, or is it typically provided through a third-party vendor, localization partner, or implementation partner?
  • What licensing model applies (subscription, perpetual license, transaction-based), and are there any considerations regarding maintenance or support costs?
  • What is the typical integration architecture and data flow between IFS and PERFIDIA for statutory tax reporting?
  • Are there any implementation experiences, lessons learned, or best practices that can be shared?

Would appreciate any insights from customers, partners, or IFS experts who have implemented PERFIDIA as part of their Germany tax reporting solution.

Thank you in advance for your guidance.

Hi Sandeep,

Kindly note that IFS is not directly integrated with PERFiDIA, which is a third-party financial messaging and integration platform.

Currently, IFS provides the S072 - German EU Sales List report, which is generated in a format compatible with PERFiDIA. The generated output can be imported into PERFiDIA, where it can be transformed, validated, and processed according to the required banking or reporting specifications before being transmitted using the applicable financial messaging standards and communication protocols.
