Hello, After the upgrade to 23R1 SU4 I have noticed a strange error when I tried to upload a new logo in Report Images.The .gif file is 35 kb in size, so it’s not too big. Now after that the system won’t even load the data in the screen. It will always show this error message.Also when I debug this, I don’t get any API call in error. https://***-uat.ifs.cloud/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/ReportImagesHandling.svc/ReportLogoSet?→ I get info on 2 logos and then nothing.Any ideas if this is a bug in 23R1?

Hello,Requirement: Add a new buton to Shop Floor Workbench which pop-up a new dialog that user can perform serial mapping.This new dialog is developed and currently triggered via a RMB menu.But the customer requesting for a new Button as they have touch screen at the production.I tried to  add a pushButton from the Command Manager to frmDispatchListLabel_Custbut the tool does not allowing to add new Buttons. Could you please help on a way we can add new button on this screen.Thank you! 

What does this Print Manager error mean? Unable to create device context. Error 0: The operation completed successfully. If I RMB and select restart it processes but nothing prints. We are on APPS10 Upd11, need help.

I have created external IAM identity provider using Azure AD. Additionaly Azure Proxy is also set. It works perfectly but only for internal URL. Authorization through external Proxy URL does not work.I receive message: Cookie not found. I checked different ways of Advanced options in Azure Proxy settings but without success and browser settings as well. SCIM synchronization via external Proxy URL works fine.Do You have any idea how to resolve this? 

Dear all, maybe someone could help me and answer what determines visibility of a padlock icon at the right menu corner.I am trying to understand if this is presentation object or from permission set level.I would like to achieve and determine if shopfloor users for instance can have this icon disabled ( greyed out)  to avoid any unexpected changes in the elements.thanks and regardsŁukasz 

Hello Community,has anyone experienced an issue where the Print Agent when started polls once, processes a print job and then hangs?  The logs don’t provide any details on why this occurs.  If I restart the Print Agent, it will poll only once as before and then hang.  I’ve tried using console mode, same issue and no additional information.  I’ve tried restarting the host server, and reinstalling the Print Agent.  Luckily, this is a non-production environment.  All of sudden the Print Agent stopped polling for same reason.Print Agent version: Apps9 Update 16Thanks.

Hello,Is it possible to use a Oracle Database datasource connection instead of IFS Report Data Extension in IFS Cloud?

Is there a reason why when you update the solution set through build place; when you create a delivery it recompiles everything in your customer solution repo.  Is there a way to have it ignore certain customizations?

Dear Community,We had to update the IFS application with a new database connection details.So we deleted the instance using installer and the created a new instance.After creating the new instance i just noticed that the inventory.xml file doesn’t contain record of middleware mws and http oracle homes.I think I need to execute  below scripts to attach Oracle Homes.\\<IFS_HOME>\mw_home\mws\oui\bin\attachHome.cmd\\<IFS_HOME>\mw_home\http\oui\bin\attachHome.cmd Would it be possible to know whether it is normal to not to create those records in inventory.xml when creating a new instance from installer.Do we need to run the scripts to create those missing lines of the inventory.xml after each new instance creation.We would highly appreciate your comments on this.Thank you in Advance.

Hello,I’m getting below error when trying to preview an SSRS report,“ORA-06532: Subscript outside of limit”The data set query i’m using is CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP:DATA. It gives the error even without having any elements on the report.Application Version : 23R1SU3Any idea why this is happening?

Our customer (App10 UPD17) wants to install the ifseeextensioninstall.msi package on Terminal Server, but after installation it only works for the installing user, not for the other users. No problem with the Chrome extension itself (https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/ifs-ee-link-handler/hmnenmeloiaifbhgebbpkiapmjognkio?pli=1), only with the MSI package.What is the recommended procedure?

In Apps10, I am creating a new company for Brazil, and looking at the option to create the company from a template: When searching the LOV for the Template ID, I don’t see STD-BR.Does anyone know if this is a standard template or if you have to use the Global Extension for IFS to get that STD-BR template to create the company? Thanks! Hi, I’ve seen a number of posts on IFS Cloud and IALs. Were starting to think about prepping for a move from Apps 10. We use IAL’s extensively so I’ve a few questions. As of 23R2 can you create new IAL’s As of 23R2 can you amend existing IAL’s Is there a date when existing IAL’s will no longer be used  We use some IAL’s for Power BI reports - what is the best way to get at the data in Power BI for IFS Cloud. I apricate this is a lot of questions - so any help on any of the questions would be appreciated. Thanks, Matthew

Hi, I have a standard page Posting Control Details with control types. I created new control type in database 'CMEE1':  The problem is that when creating a new record, the list of values is not available: If I turn on the page designer, the list of values for this column is available:  Why is the list of values for this column not available in the standard view (when the page designer is closed)?

In most IFS reports, if you go to the Report Definition, there is an underlying table that matches the Report ID.  This table holds the data gathered for the report.For example, the Purchase Order uses the PURCHASE_ORDER_PRINT_REP.By getting the Result Key shown in the Report Archive, you can access the data in that table for the report.The Functional Area Conflict report lists the Report ID as FUNCTIONAL_AREA_CONFLICT_REP.  This table exists in the system, but it does not contain any data that matches the Result Key listed in the Report Archive.Does anyone know where this report data is actually stored? 

Is it possible to remove time from date parameters?I see the ability to change this in System Parameters/Event Management. Would this take out the time from our dates if I changed it here? We do not want to choose or see the time when selecting dates.

Hello,For specific advance invoices that come from our online store processing, we’d like that these invoices get automatically set to “PostedAuth”.
