Is there a time frame that we can tell our users that if a record is older than x amount of years they need to hit “search all records”?

We asked IFS this same question almost 1 year ago, and have finally received an answer. It seems when the “Search All Records” setting is disabled on the Shop Order page, Aurena will only search for shop orders which are…
• Open orders, or
• Orders that were closed or canceled within the last 365 days.
