We are not able to create project invoice for MCPR if we have more than one Our ID setup on the Customer. Is this correct? We need to invoice same customer from several companies, but now we have to manually change the Our ID on the Customer, depending on which company we are invoicing from. Anyone with any experience on this?

Hi , I can create manual voucher using the bellow posting lines. But when I try to create Interim voucher, I get the error “Field [TAX_CODE] is mandatory for Source Tax Item Accrul and requires a value.” Anyone is having Idea about this error.  Thanks in advance

Above you se the order for IFS Rules to be used for financial events i IFS. When I have a code string completion and I have allowed codestring completion to override posting control, and I also have a preposting. What is the “winner” then?I have a problem to get the preposting to kick in when I have a codestring completion and I have allowed codestring completion to override posting control.Thought that preposting always override...I do not really understand the logic in IFS information above with preposting both as number 2 and number 4…Do you?Many thanks for helping me outLena Hermodsson

Hi,I am trying to create a new company which will be the master company for consolidation. It it not allowing me to enable accounts for Currency Balance, the option is disabled. The customer would like to use Currency Revaluation, as per my understanding Accounts should be enabled for Currency balance to use currency revaluation. How are folks processing customer credits for goods not physically returned.  Example damaged in shipping,  we want to give a credit.  Need to keep Quantities and average sell price calculations correct.

Hi,I am trying to get access to the Supplier State Tax Info screen in the Supplier Tax Withholding window, but its currently greyed out: I can see you must have the check box Supplement Tax Withholding ticked on the Company - Tax Control - Invoice screen, which I have.  Are there any other prerequisites required to gain access to the Supplier State Tax Info window? I am logged into our Development system trying to set up 1099 functionality. Thanking you in advance Emma

Hi, I experience an issue with the Sub Project Completion functionality. Maybe I am misunderstanding it or I am missing some settings, but I hope someone can help me clarify.  So this is the scenario: We use periodical capitalization for the revenue recognition of our projects. The Project Type = Capitalize Rev/Exp and the method = POC Income First.  Sometimes we carry out a preliminary assignment before we start the ‘main’ assignment. The cost and revenue of the preliminary assignment are registered in a separate Sub Project.  When the preliminary assignment is completed we want to capitalize all the cost and revenue in the separate Sub Project. After that is completed, we close and complete the Sub Project with the functionality Sub Project Completion.  So far so good… After a while the main assignment starts, and new costs and revenue are registered on the project. Hi, We are currently testing the use of planning rules in business planning. We have observed that when we define a planning rule, it is automatically applied to the planning unit (whenever similar planning and assumption drivers are used). However, there is no place in the ‘planning unit’ to connect the planning rule ID.  Could someone explain how the application automatically applies these planning rules to the planning unit? Thank YouSugandi 

 I am trying to see all invoices waiting posting proposals and when I hit F2 I see nothing.  Other members of our accounting department can see them, but I am not able to.  I tried going to users per user groups to make sure I am included in the AP group and I am.  We are not sure why I am not able to see them.  Anyone have any suggestions?   Thanks Bob Booth

I am trying to create a create window with transfer RMB option  on the Purchase Order screen that will open the Manual Supplier Invoice screen and display the invoices with that PO number.  It works if the PO Ref on the invoice doesn’t contain multiple po numbers.  If the supplier invoice is for multiple po’s on the single transaction, we enter all the po numbers, separated with semi colons (;) and then match the lines. Is there a way to create the RMB option that will go to the manual supplier invoice screen if the po number exists somewhere in the PO_Ref_Number.  Thanks 

Hi Having an issue concerning Advance Payment Invoice in Aurena and IFS 10.17The related order is having diffeent delivery types (GOODS / SERVICE) and by creating the Advance Pay Invoice , we are being asked to enter a tax code manualy. The customer is based within EU and the tax is suppose to be calculatet.If the “Apply Tax” buttom is selected, it is only possible to enter real Tax codes and not calculated Tax codes.If the “Apply Tax” is not selected, the invoice will fail as we have Tax Validation on transaction level activated on the company.. Any good suggestions for a solution  is highly appriciated.  Regards Brian

Hello CommunityIs there a way of “finalising” the bank reconcilition in 22R2? We want to be able to prevent the rollback of the final matching.So from the Bank Statemnt Reconciled Transactions Analysis window we would like to be able to remove the option to rollback - perhaps through an authorised status.

Does anyone know how these calculations take place for External Supplier Invoices?The only way I can get them to come through is only bring in the net, then we have to manually fix taxes.  However, If I bring all Gross, something in IFS is recalculating the Gross and Net backwards, from what I can tell. 

ARR-NONINV of register non-inventory PO arrivals got error on M91 posting as following.  It only happened to one of the newly created company 21. M91 posting control is similar on all companies, fixed value on Account, C5 or AC1 on Location...  Could someone help me with some suggestions ?  Thanks in advanceDavid Cheng   

Can we able to change Sale contract Currency after the contract is approved in IFS 10.

I have received different takes on how this works and hoping someone can shed light.  The documentation for this is very high overview with little detail.Here is how I want the process to work:Supplier set at 10%/$20 tolerance allowed. Company set at No to Automatic Matching at Arrival. Company set at Automatic Authorization. Company set at Match All for both parameters. PO created for 1 part at $50 including tax. Receipt completed. Invoice entered for $51 including tax. Automatically authorize once balanced since within tolerance.The issue I am running into is it is not taking the tolerance into account.  Even only being off $1, it is still requiring manual authorization.  It seems there are several different settings across several different screens that can manipulate this in different ways...just can’t find the right combination.Any help or docum

Community - We are IFS Apps 10 customers using Aurena.  We are hosted by IFS.  We are publicly traded and subject to SOX compliance.  We use an external GRC tool - Xpandion - which is integrated with IFS.  We successfully enabled SOD analysis with our external tool using the IEE interface.We have not been successful enabling SOD analysis within the IFS user interface, nor via Xpandion using the Aurena user interface.Through a number of tickets and paid consulting from IFS, IFS has advised that we should reach out to the IFS community for guidance.  Are there any IFS Apps 10 Aurena customers successfully using SOD Analysis within IFS?  If so, how?  Are there any within that group that are also using an external GRC tool?  Thank you!

Dear All, I get this error when I try to print the supplier check. This erroneous voucher number cannot be searched and does not exist in the system. When we debug(Check from the back end)  it says only credit balance is creating for the new voucher.In some cheques for the same voucher number another transaction was recorded already. (Same voucher function group U)All the related posting controls, voucher types, voucher series were configured accordingly. Your help really appreciated. RegardsNaadira
