We have tested company template export and there found missing tags in the generated .ins files. It’s with the same issue in 22R2 SU3 and checked in 23R1 latest.
When exporting company templates to a single file, it is missing following tags in the file in some of the blocks and is not executing properly.

The issue is closed as we have manually fixed the template before adding to the corrective delivery for the particular customer. But this issue needs to be fixed in future versions for the use of everyone.
