A Customer has a requirement to display '🔒' if PSO Gantt ( in Task tile) for certain condition. We would like to check if UTF8 is allowed and is being supported in FSM/PSO DB to fulfill this requirement.The customer is on Product Version: 6.11.0.5

Hi Team,I’m using PSO 6.9 version and I was searching the session timeout parameters to be setup for our customer.I found that the below 3 parameters need to be setup to control the session timeout and no of session per user allowedInactiveSessionLogoutSeconds MaxUserSessions SessionRetentionSecondsBut when I search for the parameters in PSO, I could only find MaxUserSessions available in the list. Other 2 parameters I couldn’t find. Are those two parameters still available or am I doing anything wrong. Please let me know.Regards,RR

 For Notes Tab in FSM : Text line code is not giving default value as dispatcher notes in Web client but it is showing in Smart client as default value. We have defaulted the value in both Custom metadata and UI Designer. Can someone  please suggest .

Hi All, What is the real purpose of the product structure? We have all our products set up in a structure as suggested initially, but it seems to have no use whatsoever.  Am i missing something?The only practical purpose i can think of is for tracking parts through the stores/van places etc, but we dont do this. The issue we have is when we want to select a product on a request, the selection form just lists all of the products in one list without the structure applied, but inlcudes all the hierarchy product records which only exist to provide structure, i cant see anywhere in the app where you can ‘browse’ to a product by navigating the structure, all the product structure form seems to do is tell you the parent?  What am i missing?We now have to add circa 1000 products to around 700 places, so they need to be easily found by the users.  From what i have seen, the best way is just a flat product list with no structure but well defined product_id’s or ass

Hi Team,After Deploying Client Script it is required to do initialization in Mobile?  How can we achieve the changes without doing initialization. The Customer query is , it is very difficult for them to communicate  to the end users to do the initialization  after each deployment of Client Script/ Mobile Design in FSM.

Hello,I created a custom screen with 5 tabs all coming from custom tables linked to the main custom table for this screen. All of the tabs below reflect that. The issue is that all the tabs will show a record count above the tab except the ‘Accessories’ tab. The ‘Location Information’ tab just has informational fields in it and not records.I have matched up all custom metadata fields to mirror the attachment tab as well as the primary key field. I have looked through the UI designer properties of both the tab and the primary key field to make sure they match. I have made sure the datatypes match up between parent and child tables.Does anyone have any further ideas I can try to get that number to show above the ‘Accessories’ tab?

Hi Experts , One of our customer cannot able to see DebriefCustomerReview and DebriefReview screens  in their custom designs These screens were added as enhancement of UPD 17 release . There they mentioned that this will visible as inactive screen in custom design “New Customer Review (DebriefCustomerReview) and Summary (DebriefReview) screens have been added to replace the deprecated DebriefCustomerSignature and DebriefSignature screens. The new screens are active in the workflows and workflow menus of the baseline mobile design and the deprecated screens are inactive.”As per RND suggestion earlier we requested customer to tick these (mpm upgrade and sync rules )two when they run mobile installer please review the image below (image1 )image1 Even after these customer cannot be able to

I am looking for a way to send an XML perform batch through Postman to the M5 service rather than using the FSM Utilities tool (since Postman has some extra features that are really helpful for troubleshooting and testing). Has anyone found a way to use Postman to successfully post messages?I see that the utility tool uses WCF or REST, but after doing some research I found that WCF REST is different than the former two and may potentially allow HTTP GET and POST functions to work with the XML perform batch via enabling WebHttpBinding class.Has anyone used Postman to send an XML perform batch to the M5 service or something similar?

Hi there,  We are using FSM6u16 and would like to use the Schedule board as a way of monoitoring the tasks and not to add / drop / or move the tasks shown on the Schedule Board.  I was told of an App Param or some kind of config change that could be made that would prevent tasks from being moved on the Schedule board. I hope that is clear and someone can advise how this is possible. This was shown to me by an IFS / FSM consultant a while back, but I can’t recall how to lock down the schedule board preventing tasks from being accidentally moved.

We had a contract billing run the other night which generated (Extract To Vouchers) 9000+ rows / approx. 2500 contracts.  The voucher is in HOLD status and two of these rows (same contract) are showing error_status IVBP.  Up until now all voucher batch errors have been for single transactions so easy to correct and re-post.  The issue with the bill to place id has been corrected but can anyone suggest the best way to handle this so that we can re-run the voucher and allow the invoices to post?Thanks,Richard

FSM 6U47327I am trying to amend a BR so that it clears the input field at the end. I used expression = original(task_ext.*). However, getting an error “data member specified by *** cannot be found”. Am I using an incorrect expression?Alternatively, what other way can I clear input field at end of BR? Thank you.

Is there any way possible we can filter FTs based on their skills in schedule board? 

When a user updates a PSO Activity in the Scheduling Workbench (e.g. change duration, fixt time etc.) an update is sent to Cloud.  In some environments the Journal page in Prepare Work Order shows this change being made by the end user, in others it shows as being made by the IFSSCHEDULING user.Is there any setup/configuration that is needed to ensure that the Journal entry is linked to the logged on user rather than the integration user (IFSSCHEDULING)?

We have a user who is very sensitive to the purple colour, specifically the “Show” button and the tab hover colour, etc which dont change when the UI theme colour is changed. Is there anything that can be done to change all the colours on the forms? A screen filter has been supplied and monitor settings have all been changed for the user and still the specific purple is causing some extreme distress. Any help with this would be a great help, thank you.

We have a situation where an item is billed in partial units, and credited back on another line. The value displayed on the request screen (for example) is $92.63 however the DB value is $93.635A bit of an odd question: Why is the value displayed to users not rounded up? Is there a way to alter the number of decimal places displayed on the request screen? Modify the DB value to match? Modifying the DB   

Hi All, currently we are facing an issue with assignments  in PSO  if  technician  location is  too far to the activity location , activates are not allocating to the technicians. Actually we have two types of work orders  one is on -site and remote . we want remote  activates  need to assign to technician irrespective of  Distance .(Task will done from home so here  we don't want to consider travel  calculation to assign activates ). we are using HTM  if we disable this parameter it will  applicable globally  and we are sending only scheduling data from FSM to PSO no ARP .Could you please any one suggest on this which way can we achieve this scenario. Thanks, Durga
