Not getting Ad Hoc Report option in the Global Menu

Hi Team,

 

If you can help me with the issue as I am not able to see the Ad Hoc report option in the main menu.

 

The Role that I am using is having below mentioned functions enabled.

 

Any suggestion is much appreciated.

Hi @ABTIWARY 

Hope the entire FILE menu has been enabled under the role? Apart from that, have you checked whether the function ADHOCREPORT has been disabled through the custom menu like this?

Hi @SAMLK ,

 

Thanks for the response ,Yes FILE menu has been enabled under the role but can we check if the entire FILE menu is enabled or not? Double checked there is no custom menu for FILE.
