We have recently installed PSO 6.11.0.5 in one of our environments, however when we try to login using Administrator it opens the app with some numeric codes. How can we rectify this?
Also, although we have removed all OIDC parameters, it is still redirecting to Azure page for authentication. Is there a way to stop this?
Are there any errors reported in Event viewer logs of the application server for PSW service or SQM service? Sometimes this happens when server cannot properly communicate with database.
I’m not sure about Azure authentication though. Check whether OIDC parameters are removed in all profiles in system parameters file.

Hi Komal,
you also need to remove the redirect URI in your Authenticaiton Provider to stop redirecting the Workbench to Azure.
