Hi Experts 

One of our customer recently upgraded to FSM UPD 24 from UPD 23 and they are facing This below error message when they are creating back up 

“Unrecognized business object 'cust_adhoc_report'. Contact your system administrator for assistance”

Error message 

Please suggest any solution to overcome this issue

Hi Shobana, can you please provide more details?

Have you checked the FSM Server Log if it includes more information on the issue? If not, set higher FSM Server Log levels for Exceptions and reproduce the issue.

I found this below error message in server log by looking at this do you have any idea what can be cause of this issue

Hi Shoban, looks like this issue is appearing while they are using the package deployment tool. Something in that package related to cust_adhoc_report is obviously failing. Make sure to check that.
