FSM SSO OIDC UI101 connect errors access_denied

Hello ,

 

I have configure SSO for FSM desktop client. Its working for me only .For other users i am getting the error OIDC UI101 connect errors access_denied

 

Can anyone please let me know what might be the issue

    Hi Shaik,

    did you enable SSO and set a SSO User ID on the Person records of the other Users?
    Further, are the other Users available in your Authenitcation Provider?
