Hi, We are not able to delete the cancelled assignment, we only want to keep the active or say the completed assignment only.  Prepare work order → Work task

when we are trying to see previous calendar months in dispatch console , only forward date are showing not the past dates so we cannot see past allocations in dispatch console . Like in picture only dates after may 1 is visible not before that . 

Hi , If user forgets its password than there is no button for reset password . Is there any setting for that ? 

I can see some bugs in resource monitoring gantt. I cant see below tasks (from work assignment screen) in res monitoring gantt chart and for task 95, the date is incorrectno task 88no task 7Any idea if I am seeing something wrong?

Hi there,  We are using FSM6u16 and the Service Desk reports that incorrect spelllings are no longer underlined in red. I have checked the screen designs and the description and Notes fields are ticked for spell checking, yet nothing is underlined.  Why is that? I have checked App Params and SPELL_CHECK_TEXT is set to Y.

I am trying to find documentation about scheduling app params (not app params but scheduling app params), specifically about service_hours_response_type.I don’t see it in the standard FSM documentation that’s on the system. Where can I find documentation on that?

Is Oracle CLIENT 19 compatible with FSM 6u19 or any other version?FSM version: 6u19Oracle DB version: Oracle 19We tried performing the exercise by installing oracle client 19c, the installation was successful (connection test was successful), however while opening the smart client it showed us “Database not connected” After uninstalling the client and FSM, we reinstalled Oracle 12c client and FSM, it worked fine.Has anyone else worked on oracle 19c client working with FSM?

When using multiple Servers in a farm, how would we know which server would process the schedule process? How does FSM make sure that no 2 servers are running these processes at the same time? 

Hi experts,I am currently facing an issue when trying to read a value in the client script.Please refer the below scenario.Go to ECO screen  Click on Select button This will popup product lookup as below.(using the client script attached to this select button). I was able to read the eco_id value inside this client script.  I have attached another client script for ‘SELECT ALL’ button inside the same lookup which will perform some additional functions there.  I am trying to access the eco_id value inside the client script which attached to this ‘Select All’ button. But I couldn’t find a way to get the eco_id information for this attached client script.In here, I can add the Eco_id as navigationItem.searchCriteria to read the eco_id value in the above client script. But then again, this Eco_ID value is also getting added to the search criteria in the lookup which is not the expected scenario.And also, there is no direct connection to the eco_id from this lookup as the values of this lo

Hi All.  I have a couple of questions regarding device locations in IFS Cloud. Question 1. How often does IFS cloud track the device? is it every-time it receives or sends a message? or is it a set time like every 3 minutes. If the latter can this be changed? Question 2. Can device tracking be turned of in IFS Cloud for certain devices? (i know i can disable location permissions on the phone but wondered if there was a setting in IFS cloud).  Thanks for all your help

We would like to create a notification business rule that is triggered when someone changes the server log level settings.  To create this rule we need to know the table (and column) that is being changed but so far we have not been able to determine the name of the table. Anyone happen to know the table?

Hi Experts, I have added a new non-db field to the custom metadata- PRODUCT as below. And also, I didn’t do any modifications to the PRODUCT database as this field is a non-db field.I need to access this newly created field via UI designer. But I couldn’t see this field in UI designer → add screen field popup. Could you please let me know if I am missing something here, or whether there is any limitation? Thanks, and regards,Hasara 

Hi all,Can anyone tell me, After uncommitment the task is not removed from mobile.Eg: The task status is changed to open but that task is not removed from mobile. In task sync rule, there is no Open task status. In mobile, task status showing committed only but in FSM app that task status is open. Thank you 

Hi All,Customer wants to cancel a Work Order just transferred to mobile but it looks like this is not possible from Aurena.It is also not possible to un-assign the task transferred to mobile from Aurena client application.Is there any specific way of cancelling the Work Order transferred to mobile WITHOUT any action from the Technician who received the Work Order into the device.

Hi Team , Can Anyone Suggest Me an idea to achieve  the below requirement . requirement:I need to create  a Schedule Process  which will run during month end .to all the places which request has been created on that Month Add the report as an attachment to the email and send.Report Parameters to be sent :Date from: 1st of that month 00:01 HrsDate to : end of that month 23:55 Distribution List : place email address  I have Created the schedule process for monthly and calling the perform notification MPM in schedule process but the excepted output of the report is not generated since the parameter constraint is not getting applied to report when notification message is triggered.thanks

hi, is it possible to apply a column/filter for custom field in work order planning gantt? Like we have a custom field RIG on the WO screen, can we display that field here too so that I can see only the work orders only that belong to that rig?Also, can we drill down the tasks further to see which resources are working on them? Something like below--MARINER IS the rig, 259, 436,446 are tasks and below them are the resourced working on them. Right side shows the dates.

Hi all, How do I Identify within the fsm app, the mobile record of a person? If a person has 2 mobile records in the person_mobile table. How can I know which phone the person is using in the FSM mobile app.I’m looking for a way to identify if the app is online or offline, like on the sync page where you have a green dot or a red dot. One way I’m thinking off is to use the last sync date.Regards,  

Current behavior: For the moment the MC screen BaseAttachmentList is used to display all necessary attachment information in a list. In this screen, the "Delete" option for attachments is not available. The editing of the screen is limited, no button can be added and only the script triggers "Populate" and "Refresh" can be used.
