Does anyone know what the request_outstanding attribute means in the appointment_summary entity? It's not entirely clear to us from the documentation, could you please give us more information on this?

Hi,
Yes, it will be true or false depending on if an appointment_offer_response has been sent to PSO in response to the Appointment Offers that have been made.
