I need to see the capacity for all the engineers in the system. I explored the resource availability page and I can see that I can get the capacity for individual engineers. Is there a page from where I can get the capacity/ availability for all the engineers in one go in IFS cloud?
In the previous version of IFS cloud (23R1 for sure), there was the possibility to add a picture to resource icon on dispatch console, under the person page. I can see only the fist letter of name and surname. (T0)Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Team,I’m using the Attachment functionality in mobile to capture attachments for ESCALATION table. From the IN_CORRECTIVE _MAINT designer screen by using the Attachment icon of damage photograph field(user_def13), i am saving the data.After choosing an attachment and while the record is saved, the damage photo.user_def13 field stores a negative integer value such as -1, -2, etc., in the DB instead of the Attachment ID. Is there any step to be configured to capture the Attachment ID apart from the above? Kindly advice. please find the reference below Thank you in advance

while exporting the resources data, it is getting downloaded in arp format(screenshot below) and when we are opening this arp file, it is not showing in readable form in notepad. Please let me know how to view the data inside the downloaded resource arp file in readable form. PSO version 6.11.0.11

Hi All,I am facing an issue with resource preference data in PSO dataset . we have one dataset in FSM and mapped only one team under this dataset in team table. while loading dataset from FSM to PSO getting error in events like bulk resource insertion failed ,To check this issue verified audit file and identified unnecessary resource preferences added in the loaded dataset irrespective of team associated to the dataset. I was not able to identify why other team resources preferences were loading in this dataset which are not belongs to dataset team.Could you pleas help me to stop sending unnecessary resource preference to the dataset. HI, I have created some shifts in the following way:Each Shift is divided into 3 parts:1. 00:00 - 07:00 Manual only2. 07:00 - 15:30 Overtime (0.5)3. 15:30 - 00:00 Manual onlyHowever, what I see in the Dispatch Console is not consistent with what I created in Ifs Cloud. There is an overtime in DC even when not required.In addition there is a difference between PSO and Dispatch Console. In PSO overtime is entered correctly, however I can't see a shift (15:30-00:00), even though this information is received correctly by PSO. Any idea why and how I can fix this? We are encountering an issue with the launchEmailApp() function in our mobile client script. On MDM-managed devices, the function displays an error message: “No email client installed.” However, it works correctly on unmanaged devices. Current Behavior:The function works on unmanaged devices but fails on MDM-managed devices, displaying the error message.Additional Information:We are using Intune MDM. The native Apple Mail app is not managed by our company portal. The restriction “Block viewing corporate documents in unmanaged apps: Yes” causes the error. The IFS App currently only tries to use the Apple Mail app, which is not managed.Summary:Mail app launches on unmanaged iOS devices. Mail app doesn’t launch on managed iOS devices.Analysis by MDM Team:The native Apple Mail app is not managed by the company portal. At the moment in the requisitions I am only using skills, no certificates, no competencies. I am analysing two activities:112: request for 2 resources - allocated 113: request for 3 resources -unallocatedThe competences match correctly, in my opinion. The following pictures show how the task is structured and how the PSO analyses it.For task 113, the explanation is ‘Missing conditional competences’.Message: Task 301 required shared competences with co-requisites that cannot be found: SKL-‘skills name changed by attempt’.Can anyone help me? We user Repair Centre in FSM U27 and I have had a look at the Repair Board screen to establish if it is of interest to us. At first glance, functionality looks quite basic so I just want to confirm I have not missed anything. My observations are that;Tasks are static on the Repair Board. They do not lengthen in time if a repair tech is delayed on a particular tasks. Nor do subsequent, yet to be started tasks move with the timeline if the current, in progress task is delayed. The Repair Board cannot handle tasks straddling two days. In our example we work a 09:00 to 17:00 shift only. If a two hour task starts at 16:00, the Repair Board will expect its completion at 18:00 when it should in fact be 10:00 the following day. Completed tasks disappear from the Repair Board meaning supervisors lose the visual display of all tasks completed during the shift. It is not possible to scroll to the previous days Repair Board date to drag and drop any yet to be started tasks to current day. The only
Hello,We have an issue where some line codes are getting re-priced to $0 when a contract is selected on a request. Is there a way to prevent this?For example, we have a freight line code that is added to the request via an integration when parts ship. If someone later selects a contract to use on the request the freight line will be set to $0. This creates a big inconvenience. If we even catch this, we will have to go lookup the shipping cost in another system.We are using FSM 6.5 (Smart Client)Thanks,
I've set up the PSO Environment and integrated it with FSM. When I send the dataset, it goes to the PSO and shows up in the event logs and Scheduling Dataset. However, in the event logs, there are no errors. But when I check the resource and activity, it appears empty. I've checked the audit LOAD file, and in that file, the resources are shown.any idea why those resources are not appearing in the resource section?@tomgreenwood

Hi,I noticed that in older versions of the Dispatch Console it was possible via the ‘ignore suggestion’ flag to ignore when ‘thought of’ by the PSO and change, times and/or Resources. Currently, it would seem to me with 24R1 this is not possible. Am I doing something wrong? Are there any flags that need to be activated? Is it possible to alter baseline table in fsm. If yes , then how we can do that and if no , then please suggest how to add or alter column in the baseline table.
