In Aurena, in the work resource detail can be assigned skills to the one resource.
I have 900 work resources and I need to assign a skill to all of them, how can I do it in bulk? (I don't want to click 900 times on each resource separately.

+23In the past I used 2 options for bulk-loading data. Option 1 is external using Script-A-Rest - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud, it uploads data from a CSV using the IFS Cloud APIs.
The other alternative is the Excel Add-in: Excel Migration - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud
Both options require a bit of setup, but once this is done every similar update is just one click (well, almost).
+2Thank you, I know the import into the DB, but this is not the solution.
Skills are set by standard users (team leaders) this is not work for IT, I need a procedure how to do it standardly via the GUI.
