I want to add a search bar at the top of the product list screen in the mobile environment, similar to the configuration available on the customer screen. However, since the product list is a list-type screen, I am unable to add an extra field to this screen. Is there a way to add a filter or search functionality to a list-type screen? If not, is there any alternative solution to achieve this functionality?Below are screenshots of the product detail screen and customer screen for reference. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi,Trying to get my head around inbound integration from a 3rd Party.I have an sample inbound message (Screen shot below) the 3rd Party can send us. I’d like to receive the data and then map it to a single custom table taking the relevant data points that have been passed.  Is that possible to do? Or would I have to create a custom table for each object i.e. carData, deviceData and then into the functions?Ideally I have data_table and column_a, column_b etc and use the mapping to obtain the data I need. Any help if anyone has done something similar would be appreciated. Cheers Ady

Hi,I am trying to configure the Primary SLA. I have configured it in the SLA template, but when I use it in the request work task, the primary option is not enabled. How can I enable the SLA as primary?

Hi,We could find more information about the possibility of sharing one Resouce between companies and from the financial perspecting in this thread  But I have some queries when it comes to Manual/Automatic scheduling, please see the information below. Please explain the function of work task scheduling per Resource shared between companies in IFS.I have the following resource setup for two companies and relevant sites.Resource MANULK (Resoure Group is PSO_RESOURCES)Company UK site UK and 1.Company XT5 and Site 5 I also have setup this Resource as a Scheduling Resouce for both the companies and then Then I generate the working schedule for this Employee (I use shift pattern but not the HR schedule). First see the Resource Availability, note that Company and Employee details are not there I assume this becase the resouce is linked to more than one company. Then I try to allocate this Resource in the Dispatch Console. UK site is connected to Dataset “MANUAL” First thing I noted is this Res

Hi,We are facing an issue with the task date sent to PSO and its allocation. Even though the planned date of the task is set for a future date, it is getting scheduled and allocated on the current date. While we can assign a fixed date at the task level, we are generating tasks through the recurrence service program. The same issue is occurring with the SLA, as it is also taking the current date and time. For example, we want a task to be scheduled for 19-05-2025, and manually generated requests from the recurrence service program reflect the planned start and end dates as 19-05-2025. However, in PSO, it is getting assigned to a resource today. How can we restrict this? Is there a way to set a fixed start date while the task is generated using the recurrence service program? We want to see the one-month allocation for the resource in PSO.

Is there a way to have FSM-Appointment-Booked activities in PSO labeled “Booked” or with a different color/colour to regular allocated activities? We would like to visually display which activities in PSO have been appointment booked from FSM.

Hi All,On a custom screen (Type: Standard ) with a Linked Screen configured. You get a ‘List’ button, on the bottom of the screen. However, the baseline screens of the FSM mobile app have a count included (e.g. List (2)). Which is missing on a custom screen (see image). Does someone knowns how to add the count?

I have a Global Code that has the code value and description. I want to be able to display both the code value and description. I understand I can have 2 initiative ID fields, 1 display the code value while the other displays the description, but how would the initiative description be written to the database? Is there a way to have a field populated based on a drop down in UI Designer?

Hi,The application and connection screens are not visible in my PSO login. What permission do I need to view the application screen and restart the service. I am currently using PSO 6.12 integrated with IFS CLOUD.

In recurring service we can generate request based on cycles. ex: Cycle 1-  4 weeks cycle, Cycle 2 - 8 weeks CycleIs there any option in PSO to cluster those request in same cycle and do allocations based on that

Business: water bottles delivery Route drivers are delivering water bottles with 1 Litre, 2 Litres, 3 Litre, …. etc with different quantities.ex: customer 1 - 3 bottles of 1 litre bottle each week, Customer 2- 2 bottles of 3 Litres bottles each 2 weeks , Customer 3 - 10 bottles of 25 Litres bottles each monthThey have created standard task for each type of water bottles. But customers are requesting different different quantities, that cannot be handled through recurring service program since the services adding only fixed qty to recurring service programs. Work around is to create several standard task with different quantities. But what if customer asked 100 types of quantities. Is there plan to open the recurring service program  for different material quantities and no of resources? Is there a way of balancing water bottles delivery by checking the weight or volume, may be changing the delivery dates

How to handle the bundle task concept when task generated from recurring service and while auto generating the request and passing to  PSO

Hello All,Currently we are using Astea Alliance Version 14 HF 29. Application is used across 6 countries but now we have requirement from 2 countries that they need checklist with one question and base on answer (Yes/No) we have 2 more question with text. We have implement the checklist for one country. We have mapped contracts for that checklist so that whenever any service order is created using that contract, checklist will be added to activity but now we have request from another country and they also need the same checklist but they want it base on Node. How can we configure it? We don’t have that option in Alliance.

There is a blank value that is appearing in drop downs. Does anyone know the reason why and how to remove it?  Metadata default value is “OPEN”. Code table has no blank values.

Hello everyone,I want to ask for your opinion/suggestion.I am using an integration between IFS Cloud and PSO. Once a task is assigned to a resource, it is transferred to the resource's mobile application (MWO).Can something be done in such a way that the next task assigned to the same resource will only transfer to the resource's mobile application when the previous task is completed?Thank you in advance.Best Regards,Miruna

I am trying to change the commit rules so activities are committing at 7am on the DAY BEFORE they are scheduled. All shifts begin at 9am, so I set the Time Before Shift Start to 1day 2hours and Time Horizon to 1day. Could anyone tell me where I’ve went wrong, shifts not committing as expected.
