Hello experts,

I managed to do what was suggested by the friend in the following post:
https://community.ifs.com/implementation-306/how-to-populate-dependent-dropdowns-in-fsm-fields-5568?tid=5568&fid=306

I succeeded for FSM core fields.

But for user_def fields I couldn't make this relationship.

Am I doing something wrong or could it be a bug?

Hi @rodrigocivil18

There is always an option of a bug.

Can you please share your configurations? Then we might know if you’ve done anything wrong.

Cheers!

I created 2 fields (user_def):

- Voltagem do produto

- Período de atendimento

I have created and assigned 2 global codes to the fields:

I made the relationship between the tables

But for the user_def fields it's not working

HI @rodrigocivil18

What do you expect to happen?

If you open the parent code, Voltagem , does it show the hierarchy?

Cheers!

Yes, I would like the "Voltage" field to show the hierarchy.

Can you tell me how to do that?

@rodrigocivil18

Can you add a screenshot of the field when you open it? It should work out of the box.

Cheers!
