Could someone please guide how we can create task level escalation.

Like I am creating a task level escalation when the SLA is exceeded.

Any baseline Br I can use ?

If you are unable to find such functionality in the baseline environment, you can create a new custom process and define a new XML business rule to meet your requirements.
