Business: water bottles delivery Route drivers are delivering water bottles with 1 Litre, 2 Litres, 3 Litre, …. etc with different quantities.ex: customer 1 - 3 bottles of 1 litre bottle each week, Customer 2- 2 bottles of 3 Litres bottles each 2 weeks , Customer 3 - 10 bottles of 25 Litres bottles each monthThey have created standard task for each type of water bottles.But customers are requesting different different quantities, that cannot be handled through recurring service program since the services adding only fixed qty to recurring service programs. Work around is to create several standard task with different quantities. But what if customer asked 100 types of quantities. Is there plan to open the recurring service program  for different material quantities and no of resources?Is there a way of balancing water bottles delivery by checking the weight or volume, may be changing the delivery dates 

How to handle the bundle task concept when task generated from recurring service and while auto generating the request and passing to  PSO

Hello All,Currently we are using Astea Alliance Version 14 HF 29. Application is used across 6 countries but now we have requirement from 2 countries that they need checklist with one question and base on answer (Yes/No) we have 2 more question with text. We have implement the checklist for one country. We have mapped contracts for that checklist so that whenever any service order is created using that contract, checklist will be added to activity but now we have request from another country and they also need the same checklist but they want it base on Node. How can we configure it? We don’t have that option in Alliance.

There is a blank value that is appearing in drop downs. Does anyone know the reason why and how to remove it?  Metadata default value is “OPEN”. Code table has no blank values.  

Hello everyone,I want to ask for your opinion/suggestion.I am using an integration between IFS Cloud and PSO. Once a task is assigned to a resource, it is transferred to the resource's mobile application (MWO).Can something be done in such a way that the next task assigned to the same resource will only transfer to the resource's mobile application when the previous task is completed?Thank you in advance.Best Regards,Miruna

I am trying to change the commit rules so activities are committing at 7am on the DAY BEFORE they are scheduled. All shifts begin at 9am, so I set the Time Before Shift Start to 1day 2hours and Time Horizon to 1day. Could anyone tell me where I’ve went wrong, shifts not committing as expected.

Hi,I want to perform cyclic scheduling for certain activities in IFS Cloud.While setting up the scheduling dataset, I can see cyclic value in the process type of the input reference. However, the scheduling document states that it is not supported in the current version, and I am also unable to find the fields related to RAM_Modelling_Pattern.Which version of IFS Cloud supports cyclic scheduling?or Is there any way I can perform cyclic scheduling? For example, I want to deliver materials to customers based on cycles. How can I create an activity for a customer, assign it to the same resource for all cycles, and ensure the materials are delivered.

Hi Team,I have Set MWM_SERVER_TIME_ZONE_ID in Scheduling APP Param as “UTC”When i tried to create Non availability and Tasks towards PSO, its not showing correct time zone in PSO.Iam having Resources in different Time zone PST, MST, EST & CST.example: I have set Non Availablity in FSM for PST resources for 10:00 to 13:00. Person Place time zone is PST. In PSO:  Its Showing as 07:00 Am to 10:00AM, which is 3hrs before the Non availability assigned in FSM. This issue is happening for all the different time zone too.. May i know how FSM is updating the Time zone to PSO & How to solve the above issue. Regards,Rehaan

Hi, I have many places with multiple products linked to each place (with product_id and  model_id) Each product_id has a fixed Product_PM coverage end date (ex 31.12.2024). This end date prevents users from creating new tasks or inspections if it is earlier than the current date.Manually modifying the coverage end date automatically updates the new slots in PM schedules. But with sql update query it changes the coverage end date value but not updating slots in PM schedules.Problem: I need to update the coverage end date for 1,000 product_id’s across 1,000 places.It would be greta help if any one has solution or suggestion how to solve this. Thanks and Regards,Akshay.

Is there any parameter in PSO or any app param in FSM which will disable the PSO user if they are not using the system for a period of time? 

My customer have started to use TechPortal and MWO. For some unassigned work they need functionality like work task filters in order to display the right unassigned work to the right groups of people. Resource group is not accurate enough as a  filtering criteria.Unfortunately I can’t find any functionality like this in Techportal or MWO.Is it available?If not, is there a roadmap for adding these features?My customer is today running IFSAPP10, update 16 but will start ugrading to Cloud in the near future.

In fsw mobile the Region field has one color in the table fields and another color in the customizable fields, can I change these colors?

Hi,Is there any possibility in PSO to restrict a resource from performing more than a certain number of tasks in a day? For example, resource A should only perform 5 tasks in a day.

Hi,I have looked for past questions, and asked on this case around the PSO Rest API’s.I’d be interested to have a look at them. I have installed the service but when launching the browser I am getting a 404 error.Have I missed something on install?Also in the previous post there is a URL (http://localhost/IFSSchedulingRESTfulGateway/swagger/ui/index.html) which is what I’d like to get to, again nothing is loading, just getting a white page for that. Ady  

Hello, everyone, I am working for a customer who has a PSO/IFS Cloud integration.I would like to define the average travel speed for the Central London area. The purpose is that the same technicians can operate all over London, but there are some areas ( like central London area) where such technicians must travel slower than other areas. Can anyone help me?Thanks

​@Alexander Heinze probably you’ll be able to answer this one.Is there any way to handle subcontracting usecase in NGSM using Requests? In ESM/EAM you can have subcontractors added to the work orders → generate Purchase Orders → contractors could execute the Work Task using B2B portal.In NGSM 24R2 I couldn’t find anything similar. If this feature is not available yet, do you have any idea if it’s on the roadmap? 

Hello everyone,I needed to unable the creation of public filters for a role but I can’t seem to find a way to edit the screen/lookup shown when creating a public search. I don’t know if this is a function I need to disable or if it even is possible. I would like to set the “make public” option as read-only or invisible through a client script or by creating a customization.Does anyone know if in anyway is possible to disable this option for a role? Thanks in advance, Mariana Roxo 

When i try to access the FSM Mobile with the emulator I recieve this error “"Attempt to invoke virtual method 'void android.view.View.setEnabled(boolean)' on a null object reference” but in the Fsm mobile for Windows there’int this error
