Hi experts,

I'm trying to integrate IFS Cloud (24R1) with PSO (6.13) through the IFS Cloud Scheduling Optimization Configuration framework.

When accessing PSO in Audits, I see that a DATA upload was successful

When accessing the PSO in Events, I see that App Type SRG returns the message Unauthorized

Can anyone tell me where I can check this access to the SRG?

Tks a lot

Hi Rodrigo,

this is typically an issue with the IAM Clients related to IFS Cloud - PSO connection (ifs_automation and ifs_scheduling). I suggest to disconnect the connection (prior disable all active datasets in IFS Cloud), delete the mentioned IAM Clients and re-setup the connection. Also delete the IFSSCHEDULING User in PSO Users and make sure to enable AllowAuthenticationGateway parameter in PSO to still be able to login to the Workbench, if there is an issue with setting up the connection.

Best regards
Roman

Hi Roman, when I try to disconnect the configuration, it gives the following error:

“Failed to connect to IFS Optimization Server”

When checking Application Messages, the following message appeared:

Hi Rodrigo,

perform the following steps:

  1. Go to PSO Workbench > Admin Workspace > Organisation > Parameters
  2. Go to PSO Workbench > Admin Workspace > Organisation > Users
    • Remove IFSSCHEDULING User
  3. Go to IFS Cloud > Solution Manager > IAM Clients
    • Remove ifs_automation & ifs_scheduling IAM Clients
  4. Go to Optimization Configuration
    • Disable active datasets
    • Select desired Configuration ID and change configuration

Note:

Use the System URL that is set as primary URL inside IFS Cloud > Solution Manager > System Parameters as the IFS Cloud Callback URL in the Optimization Configuration!

Hi Roman,

When trying to disconnect the configuration, the message “Failed to connect to IFS Optimization Server” returns.

I searched the community and found this post:https://community.ifs.com/field%2Dservice%2Dmanagement%2Dfsm%2Dplanning%2Dand%2Dscheduling%2Doptimization%2Dpso%2D249/alidating%2Difs%2Dcloud%2Dcallback%2Durl%2Dfailed%2Derror%2Dmessage%2Dwas%2Dplsqlapserver%2Derrinv%2Dexecutionexception%2Dfrom%2Dsender%2Dthread%2D49514?postid=168028#post168028

I checked with the company that installed IFS and they said that there is a self-signed certificate

Hi Rodrigo,

that indicates that there is some issue with the IAM Clients. As said, try the steps outlined above.

If you don’t get any certificate path build error than nothing has to be done in regards to the certificate.

Roman
