Does anyone know how to bulk change triggers on recurring service programs? We have 1000s of Recurring Service Programs, what is the best way to change multiple triggers from a Calendar based trigger to a Usage based trigger? Or what is the best way to update Frequency on multiple calendar based triggers? Updating this 1 at a time is not ideal.

If you are looking for something similar to the PM Administrator, we currently don’t have that capability in IFS Cloud for recurring services.
However, I am curious about the context behind changing this many recurring program triggers from Calendar to Usage. Are these recurring programs related to the same object and the same testpoint/parameters?

The recurring programs would be related to a single object. Typically a 1 to 1 relationship, RSP to Object.
The more common scenario is to change the duration of the triggers, i.e. from a quarterly program to a monthly program. One customer could have multiple trucks (hundreds), and each truck(object) will have it’s own Recurring Service Program.
