Hi,when sending a HTTP Post request to IFS REST API I get an 400 error as respone.On the IFS Server I see this log message:2023/10/06 06:31:12 [warn] 96#96: *149147568 [lua] cookie.lua:146: bake(): SameSite value must be 'Strict', 'Lax' or 'None' while connecting to upstream, client: x.x.x.x, server: IFS, request: "POST /main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/LocationHandling.svc/LocationSet HTTP/1.1", host: "IFS"The Post request is initiated by our Lobster middleware, using postman everything is working fine. When doing a HTTP Get to request data it is working as epected.Is there some config missing in IFS regarding SameSite cookies or do we have to configure something ob Lobster-side?Thanks,best regards,Nico

Hi,We are deploying customer via DMM onto a connected environment. But we are getting below error. Any idea what permission is missing here. I have a lobby that is working in IEE and returning data. But when migrating from IEE to Aurena. I get an invalid data source definition error. The client type is set to Aurena. IN AURENA IN IEE data source:   Also the elements that are returning data are returning null values. Any ideas why this is?

Hello,In order to load data from INVENTORY_TRANSACTION_HIST2 to DW, it took a lot of time, actually using OBJVERSION to load a latest one but still taking 2 hours only for this table. Is is possible to add a timestamp field directly to a view INVENTORY_TRANSACTION_HIST2, and if any information change in a row the timestamp will be updated ? 

Hi,When importing the template project file for 23R1 I get below error message.  From Background job error textunable to extend index IFSAPP.DAT_TEMPLATE_LOAD_PK by 128 in tablespace IFSAPP_INDEX     ORA-20110: DatFileOperationUtil.ORA-01654Has anyone encounter the same error or can help to resolve this error please?I was using IFS demo environment https://ifs23r1costestlkp.rnd.ifsdevworld.com/  with Alain credentials to import the template project. Thanks!

Just starting out with DMM in IFS Cloud 22R2. I need to pull data from two tables into one target table. The documentation indicates how legacy tables are joined is important but gives no information on how to do this.Somehow this worked when there were two legacy tables with the same key simply by identifying the keys on the Legacy Table definitions.In this new situation, there are three tables involved and I need data from tables T1 & T3. T1 and T2 have the same key. I labeled them Key 1 & 2.T2 and T3 are linked by a different field. I tried labeling these as Key 3, but that did not work.Is this possible to do and if so how?  

I’m executing a loader job via OnServer route and once I select the file from the SFTP Server, getting an error “Invalid value for property “IntfaceFile””. Any suggestion on the reason of this error and how to fix it.Thanks

I am trying to import supplier records into my IFS8 system using xml files generated by an external system. The xml files are supposed to be using utf-8 encoding. However, because some of the records are generated from Korean and Ukrainian sources, not all the characters are utf-8 despite the xml referencing <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>. As a result, when the connector reader gets the xml file, it reports:com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.impl.io.MalformedByteSequenceException: Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence.And the file is not processed any further.Sometimes the control characters will clobber the xml tags, which nullifies the entire file structure.Aside from forcing the sender to reformat the data, is there anything I can do in IFS to compensate for the bad characters when the connector reader tries to pick it up?Here is an example of one of the bad xml files opened in notepad++.  

Hi expertsWhen i try to login into the Migration excel add inI always get into this login mask    can i somehow access the system with the migration tool as an admin with the following loginscreen? I allready tried to enter the Admin URL but i always get an error message​​​​ is there a way i can connect with the admin into the migration tool.

Hello,I’ve created a Migration job for importing new service resources in Cloud. By baseline, while creating a New Service Resource, it automatically creates a Maintenance Employee record and assigns it to the Service Resource created.But while creating a Migration job, the Maintenance Employee record is not created. Also the Resource Connection with the Company and Site are not setup properly.Below is the Method List used to create Service Resources and Connections. What could be the possible reasons? Hello want to build migration job wich based on the service resource assistant creation. The reousrce will be based on existing person and resource group. Is it something we can do by using the API method ? and if yes where i can find list of method of this API or have acces to the view.New service resource creation 

I am looking for a way to run a replication job for Inventory Parts from Contract A to Contract B. However, I want to change the value of a few fields when it goes to Contract B. Overall, we are changing to streamline our part creation process and one of the challenges we have faced was trying to replicate 80% of the inventory part into a new contract, but there are few value changes. Example would be Inventory Part Planner 17 for Contract A = Inventory Part Planner 20 for Contract B. Is it possible to change values of certain fields through the replication job?

HI All,I got the below situation recently for a customer environment in IFS Cloud 23R1. I  had only CUSTOMER_INFO and CUSTOMER_INFO_ADDRESS target tables were marked as ‘In Scope’. When clicked on Expand Scope by Target Table's References One Level, it was taking long time and hung up.Have anyone of you experienced this ?Do you know any particular reason for this and how to overcome this issue?  Thanks in advance!  

 During the installation of version 1.2.0, we encountered an issue with the delivery process known as the 'Delivery Not in Sequence Error'. It appears that the delivery order was not completed correctly. I have attached a screenshot for further information.  

How to find the LTU user list? Who should import the licenses to the application?  Migrated from IFS 9 to IFS cloud through DB upgrade all the users are also active without importing  new license key, if there is any additional users are requested by customer, so do we need to get the new license from IFS and what is the process of this? what are the steps which we needs follow to import the new license key in IFS cloud instance which will be issued by IFS, NOT able to find import option in the system. 

Hello All,I'm looking for guidance on how to update a custom field in IFSAPP9 using an Excel Migration job. While I've created several migration job in the past this is the first one I'm creating that requires me to dump data into a custom field. The Custom field Is named HB_Origin. when looking at the debug console I see that IFS use the OBJID to update the field. How can get the OBJID from the Part_No the end user enters?

The name; CPEGEN_OpportunityLinesList_NavigateToForm(1) is correct but the NavigationToForm(1) is navigating to the wrong page. Hi Community, I have tried to add the Excel migration Add-in (IFS Excel Add-in - 21.2.0.2) using both Excel windows client and office 365 web client for IFS Cloud. When I click the IFS Excel Add-in icon in the Excel, I am getting the ADD-IN ERROR.For the window client, I have opened the Excel as ‘Run as  Administrator’. so this is not a privilege issue.  Any idea on how to resolve this issue? Best Regards,Kapilan

hiI am looking for some ways how I can create service contracts easily in IFS without manually creating them.I can get service contract on paper( could be hand written) or I can get in excel.  This is kind of urgent. as we have lot of service contract to be created I am trying to see my ways . Appreciate any help/
