Is there any “master list” of fields for all pages/modules in IFS Cloud with the field’s purpose?  Or at the very least, the following:

  1. Inventory Part/Part Maintenance/Part Record
  2. Customer/ Customer Maintenance/ Customer Record
  3. Supplier/Vendor Maintenance/ Supplier Record

As we prepare for our 3rd wave of implementation, our top level decision makers would like this information in order to make sure the proper people are assigned responsibility for these items, and I’m just curious if anything already exists to help this.

No, there is nothing like this for IFS Cloud that I’ve found.

There used to be field level details in prior versions for most screens, but you had to click into the field to get the detail on the screen as the help for that field.  It wasn’t available as a master list.

IFS Cloud has neither of these options and the only solution we’ve found is to write our own process documents for the expected flow on that particular page.

Perhaps the page “Field Description Translations” helps a little bit.
