Hi,Does anyone know where we can set the Delivery Method that is shown in Purchase Order Lines?This is entered automatically for PO Lines created from Work Orders (Task - Maint. Material Req) or Customer Orders. Seems like there are 3 options defined by the system. Thanks,Dulshan.

Hi,I observed that MS forecast consumption for a CO is based on the Planned due date...However when I have enabled ATP for a MS planned part and when the Planned delivery date is changed in the CO , it doesn’t update the Planned Due Date.In some instances, this difference between the Planned Delivery Date and Planned Due dates can be a couple of weeks , even months.In such instances, it’s going to cause trouble if the forecast is consumed based on the Planned Due date for the CO instead of the Planned Delivery Date.I am trying to understand the relationship between ATP and forecast consumption, how are the functionalities aligned?What am I missing ?Appreciate if someone can shed some light in this area(I am working on 23R2) Kind RegardsYashodha

Just curious why the terminology when registering a PO arrival in Cloud is “Proceed” or “Discard” as opposed to “OK” and "Cancel”?

Hello, I’m trying to understand how queue time works in IFS.  I have a queue time loaded for WC 1 - 48 hours.  Looking at part 123 that goes through this work center, the start date for Operation 1 is 04.08.24 and if I change the queue time to 0 within this shop order, the start date doesn’t change. Is there a setting that needs to be turned on in order for queue time to affect the start date or does queue time not affect the operation start date?  Thanks in advance!

Hi, The person in question used to have the ability to add no part lines against a purchase order. Now (without any change) the capability is missing.The PO in question is in a planned status. Other users can add no part lines against this supplier.   One is a little stuck as to why this could be the case? appreciate any thoughts.

Hi All, due to auditor requirements we need to create a new supplier when basic data changes (e.g. supplier name) so that the change is not only logged but it is also possible to issue documents with the previous name. However, the problem is that we have hundreds of purchase parts configured for certain suppliers (Procurement > Part > Supplier for Purchase Parts), as well as price lists. Is there a way to copy/paste or export/import these records from the original supplier to the newly created one?Unfortunately, the object copy/paste function does not work in the Supplier for Purchase Parts mask (IFSAPP10). Thank you!

Hi All,when supplier is not added in approved supplier list and if there are 10 part number in the PO, when authorization is triggered, authorization tab shows ASL authorization 10 times /10 lines,purchase group is same for all the lines but still ASL authorization triggers shows 10 times.Any thoughts

Hello IFS Experts, hoping someone out there has an solutionWe use demand planning and we forecast many of our purchased finished goods items and majority of these are offshore with lead times of 6-8 weeks transit time.We register arrival once container is on ship in transit to designate ownership of goods.When we receive this into arrival into non--nettable location, it shows up for Master Scheduling as available on the date of we did the receipt into arrival location.  This is a flow in IFS and was fixed for Cloud Version update, but IFS will not update for APPS10. This is causing inaccurate MS proposals and we need the system to have accurate date of receipt for Master Scheduling to generate correct purchase requisitions.  Is there anyone else experiencing this  issue and have a good solution?

I want to create a purchasing lobby. I want the logged in person's own purchasing materials to be visible. Is there a way I can do this based on the person logged in instead of the parameter?

Hello All,We calculated the total lead time of a purchased part in the Calculate Purchase Leadtime dialog box however it gave the following warning” The purchasing lead time of 4291 parts have been changed to zero.” Why did it change the lead time to zero and how could I undo it? 

Hello, We are encountering a problem with Manual Supplier Invoice - PO Matching in APPS10.  When we try to match PO receipts with Manual Supplier Invoice, the system does not reflect the PO (Non Inventory) Pre-posting (Cost cent) on the posting lines for the entered account. Rather, it pulls out the Cost Center (Code Part B) details from “Code String Completion” page.This happens only for certain users. We have checked the permissions and all looks good. Please share your thoughts/suggestions if any. Best Regards.

Community, We have been using external supplier invoice over 6 months, it has been working well all along. but today, we got the error message belowwhen SFTP XML file and run the BIZAPI loading external supplier invoice. “ORA-20110: ReceiveEinvoiceUtil.Cannot find the company that should receive the invoice from either association no , own address id , tax id number GSTXXXX...0001, buyer id at seller  or seller id at buyer.” May I know what the problem it is? 

Hello, I currently am working on a workflow to automatically close out all supplier agreements that have periods in the past (aka they are expired). I couldn’t find any database tasks or settings that expires them automatically, which I chalked up to some scheduling behavior for supplier agreements since they can hold multiple periods, but I noticed something odd in a workflow I was creating to automate the closure of said supplier agreements. After reading the supplier agreement via a read call for the projection SupplierAgreementHandling, It showed the SA’s were now expired… but this obviously isn’t the case when you look at them on the front end.  Something seems off so I wanted to reach out to others and see if they are also encountering this issue or have any solutions that might help with this as I’m a bit baffled.  Thanks,Bryan

As in the new release, the Supplier Shipmet was updated, I am wondering why on site lelvel the checkbox “Finalize Supplier Shipment Automatically” is still available?As supplier returns will now fully be proceeded throughout the Shipment (Source Type “Purchase Receipt Return):So why the overview “Supplier Shipment” and “Supplier Shipment Lines” are still available if it’s not usable? There is no way to generate a Supplier Shipment anymore.  

Hi ,I have a DP forecast which I adjusted manually . Then it was set to ‘reviewed’ (tested both in DP client and as well Demand Planner page) . Afterwards I ran the job “Import Demand Planning Forecasts”In MSL1 forecast ,  I can only see the original DP forecast (sys forecast)  but not the adjusted forecast. What am I missing ? I am working in the version 23R2I confirmed as wellKind RegardsYashodha 

I have a customer that needs to have 2 price lists attached to them with the same parts associated with those price lists because the price of one is setup as OEM price and the other list is for wholesale price. How can I have 2 price lists setup for the same customer using the same sales parts different prices?Since I cannot add 2 pricelist per price group in the customer under the order tab using the same sales price group of ‘*’. It tells me the customer already has a price list setup already. Looking for ideas of how I can do this so the customer can still due sales based on how they are ordering the parts.I tried it with the customer price group also, setup the group as the customer # and tried to add the 2 price lists there and it gives me the same error there also ‘The Sales Price Group object already exists.’ which it does because the first one is ‘*’ and so is the 2nd price list.

Hi Community,Planned delivery date amendment does not require change order and can be updated at given stage no matter what the "Status" of the PO remains. getting the below error while modification. Process was working well before UPD19 .Anyone any idea on this . Do not want to revoke approval in this case Thanks in advance.
