Hello, does anyone have any experience using the On Hand Develop Per Period screen in Apps10? Specifically, I’d like to know what exactly “No of Adjustments”, “No of Issues”, and “No of Receipts” means.

Do “No of Adjustments” contain inventory that has been counted in/out or just inventory consumed?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Use “On Hand Develop per Period” window to view statistical period changes as to the quantity of a part. The statistics are calculated when executing Aggregate Inventory Transactions per Period. The calculation is based on the Inventory Transaction History. All transactions have a defined Inventory Statistical Direction, displayed in the Business Event/Transaction Info tab, which determines how and if the transaction should be included in the statistics.

Transactions with Inventory Statistical Direction Receipt and Reversed Receipt are included in the calculation for Number of Receipts & Received Qty.

And transactions with Inventory Statistical Direction Issue and Reversed Issue are included in the calculation for Number of Issues & Issued Qty.

Counting differences has an Inventory Statistical Direction of either Adjustment In or Adjustment Out, and are included in the calculation for No of Adjustments & Adjusted Qty.

BR,

Indika
