Hi everybody,If someone can help me.We are experiencing an issue with one of our technicians regarding the DPA. When dispatching the intervention and modifying the DPA for today, such as 09/10/26, the DPA is automatically set to 09/11/26.. We have noticed that the change affects only the technician, and the date is always shifted to the following Thursday at 6 a.m.. Even by forcing the DPA, it goes back to the original date. Has this issue been faced by anyone before? Where does that come from?

Hi Guys,Have any of you been able to upload an invoice as XML with a tax code where the non-deductible portion is not 100, without using the overwriting value at company level?I receive the following error: ‘Tax amount adjustment for tax code cannot be greater than the maximum overwriting level on tax’. From my side, both the tax and non-deductible portions appear to be correct in both invoice and tax line.Would it be possible to share a working XML file, or provide any guidance on the validations applied by IFS?Tax calculation method: Tax Amount and Non-deductible Tax Amount

Dear IFS Community,  IFS Support team forwarded me to here with the question: In Germany there will be a mandatory e-invoicing.Please see the below link:https://www.bdo.global/en-gb/insights/tax/indirect-tax/germany-mandatory-e-invoicing-what-you-need-to-know!As this is a mandatory government regulation, my question would be, when, how and which UPD will IFS provide an official solution to handle this requirement?I also found this post: E-invoicing for Germany | IFS Community but this does not contains the tags IFS mentioned, so I raised this topi again.  Kind regards, Balazs

Hi,My client is going to adhere for B2B E-invoicing from Jan 2025 and I found that is not in localization centre when the company created from Germany Template. When would it available in IFS 24R2?Kind regards,Sandy

Hi,I’m currently having an issue with moving Reminder Template translations from UAT to PROD.The requirement is to add the translations manually in UAT, then export them from UAT and import them into PROD. For normal translations, we can export the translation files from the Export Language Files window. However, I couldn’t find a way to export the Reminder Template translations. Does anyone know if there is a way to export and import Reminder Template translations?

Within the Customer Portal, is it possible to configure the ability to add/edit Request Notes or not on a user by user basis? i..e Similar to the REQUESTCREATEUPDATE Role?  I can see in the workflow configuration on the Customer Portal that you can set this permission in the workflow, but this seems to apply to ALL users.  We need only some users to add/edit Request Notes. Is this possible at all please?

I know there is a lot of Crystal is deprecated discussion in 25R2. We were just sold an Add-On for Crystal Reports with 25R2. Has anyone else gone done this path? I am not seeing anything about anyone doing this.  Does anyone have info on getting Crystal Reports going in IFS Cloud?

Hi. Does anyone know if there is a free demo system for IFS Cloud?

I know there have been questions asked about this setting on the work center and I understand this setting is for the use-case when you receive from an OP and this controls the “Auto Report Operations” switch on the “Receive Shop Order Manually” popup. However, my request is a little different. What we normally do is start, stop and approve. In this case, a clocking exists and the Report Time is turned OFF when Approve is done. This is not a problem. But when there is no clocking, the application turns Report Time to ON and the labor factor from the routing is used to report time. This can be a problem where the employee is booked onto an indirect job. Although the Report Time can be turned OFF when they Approve, this gets missed quite often and a labor report is created for the shop order with no employee. So, it doesn’t affect time card but it does affect shop order costs because the labor time for the business is accounted for by the indirect job. In this case, we do not want to report

We have a customer order with a line that is Purchase Order Direct. The PO created from the line was received. We then needed to return the part to the supplier. An RMA was created for the line but to return to inventory instead of return to supplier. The RMA was completed and the part is now in inventory. Is there a way to do a supplier return of the part from inventory? The RMA cannot be undone. A return to supplier cannot be done from the PO receipt because it was direct delivery. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hello all, I am attempting to restrict the ability of my shop floor IFS kiosks from being able to change the Shop Floor Workbench visuals. I would like to prevent those accounts from changing the column order, view mode, notification options, column chooser, and formatting. This was able to be addressed with Base Profile and Permission Sets in IFS IEE. However, I am not seeing where this can be replicated in IFS Cloud. The goal is to enforce a common UI for shop floor terminals to reduce confusion for associates.I’m hoping there is something I’m missing and this can still be done in IFS Cloud. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, We can’t seem to make the navigation work from a Matrix element to a page using the X/Y values. From what I can see from examples, what I’ve done should be OK, but it doesn’t work. I’ve hard coded values in, to ensure the route is OK, and that’s fine, but when I preview the element, and test it, nothing is passed through Navigation Route:page/InventoryValuePerPeriod/Form;$filter=StatYearNo eq 2026 and StatPeriodNo eq 8 and Contract eq $[Contract] Where Contract is the “Y Axis” value (I’ve called it site in the matrix text though) Should this work? Thanks

Hi, we have been facing issues with IFS rejecting login through SSO every 15 minutes, I am a field service technician and it becomes very complicated having to sign in multiple times throughout the day. I would like to know if the team is aware of this and a solution is imminent. Thanks App: IFS MWO Service v26.9.4731.0 Can also include bugreport.zip on request

Hello allI was looking if anybody knows if it’s possible setup some automation that the shipment packing list is printed / emailed automatically after shipment closing to the end customer or a defined email address?

HiThe pictures on the reports (from MWO) sometimes are turned differently than when taken on the devise (iPad, iPhone). Shouldn’t pictures look the same way? I have heard the reports don’t always know read the code for what is up and down - and thus looks differently than on the device?

Hi!Does anyone know if below is possible in IFS9If a functional object has an attachment – see pictureIs it possible to also see that attachment in the summary view in Equipment Object Navigator (it does not show now). Or even better – is it possible to have that attachment (in this case it is a picture) as a pre preview as in the picture below marked in green. It is the same function as a invoice you can see in the Posting Proposals – instant authorization (you will see the attached in the right side of that view)  Anyone who knows if this is possible? Thank you!Best regards,Erla Sandholt

It would help our endusers a lot, if you could, in a list of documents, could have a simple preview of the document…...When will IFS offer a preview solution for ALL documents checked in to IFS … ? We are running Cloud 25R1
