Hi All, I have this scenario what I cannot figure how to set-up and support, either in core or with a CRIM.. The customer has products, planned according MTO and use DOP in IFS for 6 levels. The Top Product has a leadtime of 5 days and multiple operations.The componets are connected to operations, planned demand spread over the 5 days routing. All sub-assemblies and purchase parts are backward planned according to start date of each DOP Order Operation/Shop Order Operation. Now to the issue.I want all sub-assemblies to be planned the week before start date of the Top Shop Orders. Equal “gap” between 1st level sub-assemblies to 2nd level sub-assemblies and so on. I have multiple operations but one work center per level which means that I cannot use Queue time as the add queue time for all operations. I cannot use off-set time as the compnents are and must be connected to operations.I apprichiate any suggestions to solve this in core or by a clever CRIM. Offcourse a manual solution exist

Is it possible for end users to view a report created in Business Reporter from Order Report without having to install the BR add-on? The users already have the correct permissions, but when they try to export from Order Report, the report appears in blank and does not load any information, even in the PDF document.The report was saved with the “disconnect” option and the “generate PDF” option selected.Thank you!

Hello All, I needed a little guidance regarding changing the Employee ID of an Employee in Company/Employees.While trying to edit the details, it is showing error of “Resource is being used in Connection”, I also tried tried to delete the Site under Resource Details/Resource Connection but while deleting company it is not allowing me to(maybe because of existing transactions as he’s an active employee). Is there any way to edit the employee id which retains his work history too.  Thanks in advance. Regards,Mani

Hi all,When using Mass Update Shop Order Structures to update shop orders, I would like to know where I can see exactly which changes were made to the shop orders by this mass update.Is there any specific log or history that shows the old and new values for the updated material lines? These updates cannot be found in the shop order history, I can only find the manual changed materials/ routings. Also I dont see the changes records in the background job information.  Kind regards, Willem

Hi, We’ve just doscovered that whenever there is a customization in a module, an error occures if you try to access it from “My Favorites”.At least from ALLIANCE V15.4 SU13. I’ve been able to reproduce it in the QAC environment, for Service Order Any tips ? Should I log a ticket ?Thank you

Hi,Would anyone know how to handle multiple visits on the same Work Task in MWO without having to go into the client and manually assign work each day? E.g. a piece of maintenance that is carried out over 3 days where travel and work time is logged for each day. ThanksJohn

Are skill unavailabiltiies an option? Either now or in the future. Currently we only have the option for skill availabilities (inclusive range) We would like to have the option exclude a period of time from a skill (unavailability)Also, can the maximum duration of a skill availability be increased further than 99 days? I would need to utilize a skill availability to 6 months or more (seasonal demand etc) 

Hi All, I experience that Selection Rules for Service Delivery Unit is not working in 25R2.I have set three selection rules for the service TK-AZN as below. Objective is getting a different delivery unit as per different regions. But when I creating a service, the default delivery unit for the service organization is always fetched even if I use different regions.As I remeber these rules worked fine before.Are there any workarounds other than setting selection rule to fetch the correct delivery unit? Or is it same for others?TIA:

Hello IFS Community,I have a rental order that has been delivered. I created a draft invoice, which I then canceled.I wanted to change an amount on one of the lines of my order, but I can’t do it. So I tried to cancel the line and/or the order, but since rental transactions have been created, I can’t cancel anything.Right now I’m stuck; I can’t invoice this order, cancel it, or change the amount. Hello,I have a question regarding SEPA payment file generation in IFS.We would like to understand how IFS handles grouping of supplier invoices into one payment transaction in the generated XML file.Today, it seems that IFS is generating separate payment transactions instead of grouping them, even when the invoices belong to the same supplier. Thank you for your help, Best regards, Abdessamad

Hi,I would like to call a IFS Rest Api for an interface in Aurena Apps10UPD19.It should be a connection with OAuth 2.0 authentication using client_id and client_secret. I was able to set up Postman to get the tokenBut when I do the call it always returns Error 401I can also retreive the token like that:If I try with to connect using basic Auth it works without any problem.Has someone a solution to do this call in OAuth2 with Postman or any other tool.Thank youFabrice

I’ve created a User Interaction workflow that triggers after adding or editing an expense detail line. It will ask the user for an input and updates a custom field on that line. As a user, I get a client error yet the workflow is triggered successfully but as IFSAPP, I don’t. I thought it was a permission issue but my user has full access to all the projections used in the workflow. If I’m logged into IFSAPP and add/edit an expense detail line:The workflow is triggered and asks for a value to update the custom field. The custom field gets updated. No error.If I’m logged in as a user and add/edit an expense detail line:The workflow is triggered and asks for a value to update a custom field. I receive a Client error. I refresh the page and the custom field has been updated.I’ve watched the workflow and captured the payload that received the Client error to use for debugging. Hello,I’m working on an automatization for unballasting parts multisite.This is the second time QA is getting a metadata error executing the workflow.We are using IFS Cloud 24r1, because we are under migration from IFS V8.They are getting the following error when I inspect the HTTP call returning the error :type: "MetaDataModifiedException"message: "Error occurred due to metadata version miss match"What does it mean ?I have one deployed version only.The workflow is triggered by a commandgroup (button) on shop order page.Do I need to restart the middle-tiers, a specific pod when I am working on the workflow to make it work for users during tests ?

Hi,I would like to ask about translation options for business data (basic data / code lists) in IFS Cloud.These values cannot be translated using Translatable Text, as they are not UI labels but internal business data (for example data maintained in Maintenance → Basic Data, such as Incomplete Causes).Currently, there is no standard way to maintain translations for these values per language, and the only workaround is to store multiple languages directly in the description (e.g. using / or -), which is not ideal.As we have several such code lists in the system, I would like to ask whether there is any standard or recommended approach in IFS to translate business data values per user language.Any guidance or best practice would be highly appreciated.Thank you. 

Do I understand correctly from reading other Community cases that through 23R2 the following Machine Learning Gateway URL (shown in blue), could be used by Remote customers...… but in 24R1 Remote customers cannot use Machine Learning?Or, is there a for-purchase option for 24R1 Remote customers to use a Machine Learning Gateway - or a roadmap plan to enable Remote customers to use features such as Business Opportunity Score and Business Card Scanner?There are several attractive features that require Machine Learning, and as a example the Opportunity Pipeline Board has Business Opportunity Score as a standard field, so it will be good to know if this can be useable for Remote deployments:

The default available action is “Reassign Event.”We would like to understand whether this behaviour can be configured so that, when an event is logged via assystWEB, the Assigned Service Department and Assigned User are automatically populated with the service department and user account that is currently logged into assystWEB. Hello,I would like to ask somebody for answers regarding using of INVENTORY TURNOVER RATE and CREATE REPORT FOR SLOW MOVING INVENTORY PARTS.I’ve tried to make some cases in IFS CLOUD, but I’m not sure that I got correct results. I’m not sure, how this turnover is calculated. Hello everyone, I've been facing a big problem for some time and I would like your help, maybe we can find a solution.I have made some changes in IFS Cloud (24 R1) such as: creating custom fields, changing some field names according to customer requirements, hiding/deleting some fields etc. Each time a release/service update takes place, these changes are lost and the system reverts to the standard version.Also, if in a new release, the interface of an IFS Cloud page changes its appearance by rearranging fields/windows, introducing a new design, all changes made on that page are lost.So far, every time this happens, I have to make all the necessary changes manually over and over again.I need to find a solution so that all existing changes are not lost in the future.Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know how I could solve this problem? Thank you in advance for your help!Kind Regards,Miruna
