We are a new customer of IFS Cloud ERP.  I have a developer team that I want to register for IFS Developer and IFS Cloud.  How do I register these users?  Customer ID: 6000090886  

If my customer is using IFS App10 and still happy with version and did not want to upgrade to Cloud.  After 27 Mar 2025,do customers need to pay extended support, if they don’t need any support from Global Support. Kindly make it clear, so I can deliver the right information to customer. Rungtip M.

After I batch create users, I would like to find a way to mass update those user’s email. Does anyone have a suggestion or know how that can be done?

I am referring to the search results in this link. Knowledge Base - Service CenterIt would be great if you can make them linked. Hello all.Hey everyone, my former colleague who has left out company had a macro that allowed him to scroll up and down in the dropdown menu without having to click on each item. He said his former boss made a macro for him. Can anyone tell me where to change this?I know already you can hold down ctrl and then up/down arrow. I find it more convenient to use mousebuttons.   

We have identified a performance issue for a customer, FACT_PROJECT_CONN_DET is taken 3 + hours to do internal IFS data mart refresh. The Refresh for FACT_PROJECT_CONN_DET is taking 3+ hours to run on each refresh. They have set a separate refresh category to run this overnight, but as they informed it is now impacting their month end process as they cannot run data mart jobs in parallel. (Since 24R1) Database task chain shedule Weekly options cause that the Chain is launched every minuteWhen we use the Option “Weekly”, we have the issue that, at the Day/Time of the Schedule, the job is launched every minute .Here the setup  Here the result.  The solution is to use the SChedule Option “Custom” but Are we the only IFS client to have this issue ?

In IFS cloud there are many email event actions. All email actions send an email notification to the end user's so is there any way to divert all the email notification to one single email instead of sending to end users. Can we set a default receiver mail id globally in one place or can we check the exact value?

HiI’m looking for an API to create an outbound sync application message in IFSCloud..it is the equivalent of the function Plsqlap_Server_API.Post_Outbound_Message 

I have a report in IFS Report Designer, and I want it to only display a table if there is data in it. Currently, if the table doesn't contain any data, the report still prints a blank space or page. How can I modify the report so that the table only appears when there is data to display? I tried playing around with page break functionality but that doesn’t seem to fix the issue.  I assume I have to set up condition but I do not exactly know how to figure out the correct expression to add there...any idea?   

Can I see my Community notifications in the Community itself? I currently get them in my emails, but the mails are cluttered already (yes there is a folder for Community). I have subscribed to some groups, so I get mails from them as well. I am sure this is common for most others as well.I can see a notification when there is a private message. Similarly, is there a way to see notifications i.e. mentions, replies, best answers inside the Community portal itself?

I have another account that I created using another email address. On that account, when I try to create a new topic or question here in the forum, I get an error that says I don’t have permission for that category. Is there something special that has to be done to my account in order for me to have rights to post? This account I’m posting from is representing an IFS customer - so maybe it has more rights by default - and non-customers are not allowed to post?

All of my options for the Site filter in the Customer Order Line Header says “False (Budget/planning Only)”. When I select one, all of the customer order lines disappear as in it doesn’t recognize any of the lines with the site- which is not true (see screen clippings below).The site option in other screens work correctly and in Aurena, so far, it just seems to be for the Customer Order Line. Any idea on whats causing this issue particularly for this screen?   Customer Order Lines without site selected in the header... 

I am running into a background job warning that is halting machine downtime information (pulled from an outside source) from showing up in Shop Floor Clocking.The warning message, although points me in the right direction, seems incomplete. It doesn't stop the information from being retrieved into IFS, but it does not appear within the clocking screen which plays a part in overhead transactions and such. Any advice?The log we have withing IFS from the 3rd party tool shows the machine timestamps but when the column “Downtime Recorded” is unchecked, this means it did not transfer to Shop Floor Clocking.

"Restore Archived Data" functionality in IFS  Cloud  Has anyone managed to restore archived data in IFS Cloud ?  It is not working in 24R1 for me even when there are Archived Data in the same IFS Database.

Hi all, I am newer to IFS Cloud. We are upgrading from Apps9 to 23R2 this Summer (fun!).  Basically, Azure AD SSO works fine in the Microsoft Edge browser but fails to work specifically in IFS Business Reporter on my machine. I have had 4 other Users try it with no success.  We had our IT Admin try it and it works for him, but it doesn’t work for anyone else.  Here is what I tried:  Validated Azure AD SSO Configuration: Confirmed the Azure AD login works in the Edge Confirmed that another user successfully logs into IFS Business Reporter with Azure AD SSO. Out IT Admin had a success on his account/device Myself & 3 others had no success  Cleared Local Cache and Credentials & Reinstalled:  Removed cached credentials from Windows Credential Manager. D
