In Page Designer, Fieldranking is supposed to set the order of columns in the list element. When I do this on Business Opportunities, it doesn’t seem to work. We Go-Live in October and setting a column order for heavily trafficked pages is something we want to do to help our computer illiterate sales people.Looking for instructions on this page designer feature.Thanks.

Dear Experts,Recently i have created four new custom fields. Now i want to set them as a group section. I have tried with the Technical Documentation of IFS EE APP10 also. but i could not find any related resources. Please need some help from you guys. Like in the image that i upload, i want to group the below Bank Guarantee Fields into one section. How can i do that? ​​​​​​

Dear Experts,I tried to add three new customer fields to Customer Window of IFS EE. This is how i tried to do that.First i have identified the Logical Unit that i need to add the field. Then i went to Custom Field, fetch the CustomerCreditInfo LU then went to add the field. Field type - persistent, then gave the name , then assign the data type, then gave the properties, lastly gave the publish information i have ticked the public and approve. then right click on the header and i have published the three fields. now all the three ticks are checked. then i went to the refresh server cache and refreshed the security, reference and object connection.  then i went to the customer window and credit info tab. i have right clicked the and navigate to custom objects - fields.. but the issue is i can not see the three fields that i added in the custom field window. 

Hello,  in the past, the "KPI lobby" in IFS Cloud was discussed here - the last information I found is that it involves a manual calculation, not automated, using BPA.In the system, there is the option to connect "workflow information," meaning the BPA process key is available, but how does one work with it?Could I please get screenshots of how to set up an automatic calculation of values under an element?Or some scenario how to create easy element with automatic calculation?How use workflow information in Measurement Configuration? Thank you for your information and advice.Jirina 

I have manually reserved an inventory part & quantity in “Inventory requisition” where the supply code = Inventory Order & the status is now showing as “Reserved”. Q- How do you unreserve the Inventory & quantity so the status is changed back to either “planned or released”?

Dear IFS Community,  We hold a perpetual license for both IFS and Oracle. In the event that we do not renew the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with IFS, will the company cease issuing user license keys, or will we still be able to obtain them as needed?

We currently have a few users that are not able to launch IFS Enterprise Explorer.When they try to open the application it directly crash, this can be found in the event viewer. What we currently can do and solve the problem on 80% of the time is remove the 2.0 folder and restart the system. The only problem is that is will work for a few days.Currently we have 1 user where this solution isn’t working. There is no way to start IFS anymore.When launching from a Inprivate window it will download IFS but afterwards it will crash again.I also tried launching it from another Windows account on this laptop and this is also not working. So this should mean the problem is not in the 2.0 folder.

Greetings!I released a part number FDM300 with serial number 19490. All went through, and IFS Apps 10 kicked out a Spec Sheet. But when I loom at the Part Serial Reservation, I do not see 19490. 

Greetings!When running a interim demand header I get the following error. I made sure to have the child part FD DRIVE AXLE and parent part FDM300 have a phase in date before 06/17/2025, but the error still shows up in IFS apps 10

Hello,I’m using IFS CLoud 24R1.I’m trying to schedule a SQL Quick report. The result is conform without parameter:SQL is : SELECT  *FROM INVENTORY_PARTWHERE PART_NO = 'G1201500'The result is a correct excel file.if I define a paramater:SQL is : SELECT  *FROM INVENTORY_PARTWHERE PART_NO = &PartNo And I put the same value on the Schedule Report:the result is a empty excel file.  Do you have an explanation? 

Hello IFS Community,I recently encountered an issue where I was unable to export Quick Reports to PDF from IFS Cloud using Google Chrome.The export function worked perfectly when using Microsoft Edge.The solution that fixed the issue was to completely reinstall Google Chrome.I'm posting to see if anyone else has experienced this or might know the potential root cause. Thank you

We have following requirement as response for REST request We tried following sample development to get the response in required format. But we get following error. We tried in the in IFS cloud and it works fine. Is this limitation in Apps10? Any alternative way of getting this done in Apps10?   

We are currently on 22r2 and planning to go live on 24r2. In 22r2 when we trying to preview a report we can only see a limited no of Date/Number Formatting but in 24r2 we can see a lot. I have found in new system it is fetched from Report Locale window. Is there a way to set these records active/inactive?   

Hello, I have set up schedules task, and even though they are not ative I want to keep them. However they are deleted frequently.I’m assuming a standard Cleanup backround job is deleting them. But I don’t know which one.Do you have an idea?Is there a setting to identify scheduled tasks that shouldn’t be deleted? Thank you

What’s Changing?Our third-party map provider has deprecated certain legacy features and is now focusing on a new platform to deliver enhanced map capabilities. As a result, the current map functionality in some versions of IFS Cloud will stop working after 30th June.The deprecated API for “Here Maps” has been identified as an issue for Dispatch Console customers.  This issue affects the framework rather than the application itself. Without the necessary changes, the Map capability will not be available on Dispatch Console. How Do I Know I am Impacted?Customers whose Framework Service Update are on these releases and later are not impacted:·         23R2 SU 18 (15th May 2025)·         24R1 SU 12 (15th May 2025)·         24R2 SU 6 (15th May 2025)·         25R1 GAAny customers running a version out of continuous support: 23R1 and earlier, will also be impacted.  These customers cannot use the same process and will need to take the latest release update.Framework Service Update LevelCustom

Hello,I'm having problems with preventive maintenance on the IFS APP10. I would like to put preventive maintenance on the IFS but I don't understand how the information passes from one stage to another. When I create a MP action with the necessary information, I don't see any transformation into a BT on the day of the intervention or any alert telling me that there is preventive maintenance to be done.Does anyone have a document, diagram or anything showing the flow and path taken by preventive maintenance (MP action, programmes, etc.)?Thank you very much,Luken 

Is there any documentation for the Incoming Orders process or any documentation that could answer the following questions?• How does the application determine the contract (site) to apply to the order? For instance, we have 1 order that finds the contract (site) but others that don’t so I would like to understand what the determining factors are.• Is there a way to have the system enter the Input UOM, Input Qty and select the appropriate SPL for the order without these being on the Customer’s PO?• Is there a way to include on the Incoming Order and the Customer Order what the customer’s PO sales price is so that it can be compared to what the current sales price actually is?Product Version: 24.2.5
