Is there a way to change/edit the filters on the Event Search in assystWEB?
I know we can use affected_user_name:"Joe Bloggs" to find all associated tickets to that user, but it would be good to just be able to type their name in with fields specifically for affected user, summary etc.
When using the search, it tends to be a case of sifting through each ticket individually to find the one you’re looking for. This is a pain when someone pops in without a ticket number.

I’m not sure if you have this OOTB Event Monitor, but I think this would give you most of what you are looking for:
You can create these yourself, so that you can open up or limit the selection criteria to specific areas.
