Hi everyone, We have created a custom lookup field which fetches the assyst user profiles of the users. And we are trying to execute a fulfil task assigned to that Assyst user’s SVD. But unfortunately, the expression doesn’t seem to work when assyst user profiles are fetched in the custom field, while it worked when we fetched contact user profiles in the field. Please help with this issue.Thank you in advance.

Hi. Changes this big should not be hidden inside periodical maintenance notifications. This change in email usage has a great possibility to do massive harm in the capabilities for communication between the vendor and customer. In our case we have a light (and sufficient) email-integration in use between our own and IFS’ ticket portals. Now it’s unclear if this will work from now on. It is vital to have it working. Will get back to this after talking about it  in more detail with our IFS consultant.

Hello everyone,We are using ifs print agent on 2 differents computers (Windows 11 OS, 16giga ram and the computer is not doing anything else excepted executing print agent 24/24 and 7/7) for our production labels.We are on ifs cloud latest release and version.For some unknow reason sometimes one of the print agent stop to work (sometimes the rest services and server avaibility turns to red, sometimes it’s still displaying “status ok” but in reality nothing work anymore). The log file isn’t telling us why and the origin of the problem.It also already happen that both ifs print agent on both computer stopped at the same time, we had to uninstall/reinstall the print agent to make it work again.Does anyone else already experienced that kind of problem ? It is mandatory to install this on a “dedicated” server ?Thanks for tips and answers.

Hi, I’m still fairly new in IFS and doing VAT Return. I need to reconcile Tax Proposal vs Tax Transactions. I need to understand what the difference between the 2 is so as to understand why they do not always match, thanks 

I have ordered a report & when i go to ‘Print Report’ the Date/Number formatting is defaulting as en-US. In the layout the RDL is set as locale and my browser Edge is set to English British language & date format. Where/how do i set the formatting as default to en-GB instead. This is catching a lot of our users out and one would think this should be a fairly basic and straightforward requirement of system capability to default to GB options - we are a UK based company. As the authorisation of work tasks is possible in two screens (PREPARE WORK ORDER and WORK TASK TRANSACTION), the authorisation is carried out differently.In the PREPARE WORK ORDER screen, the Jt_Task_Transaction_API.Authorize function is executed; in the WORK TASK TRANSACTION screen, the Authorise__ function with the 'CHECK' parameter is executed first.If my event is called from the PREPARE WORK ORDER screen, my programming works, from the other window does not work. This is because the new status "Authorised" is already saved in the NEW:ROWSTATE variable in the PREPARE WORK ORDER screen, but not in the other case. There it is still "Reported". Is there a way to find out where the event is being called from? Here is my script in the event: IF '&NEW:ROWSTATE' <> 'AUTHORIZED' AND '&NEW:ROWSTATE' <> 'TRANSFERRED' AND NOT ('&OLD:ROWSTATE'

Hello IFS Community,In my company we are using IFS 9.0.20.0 version. When we made quick report and tried this report we are getting an issue. When we use WildCard in PL/SQL query, we get this problem when we click the export to excel button from quick report. PL/SQL query is “SELECT order_no,       customer_no  FROM customer_order WHERE customer_no = '&[M----]CNO'”And this problem exists in the image Do you have a solution for this issue?  Thank you, Muzaffer

Hello all, We would like to ask the question to the wider IFS community that are running IFS APPS 10 (Release 23);If you have been utilising the Human Resources - Expenses Module.(EE)Expenses ModuleWhat has your end user experience been like? Did the setup of the module require bespoke modelling and/or integration? Do you utilise an mobile application to upload documents, such as IFS Trip Tracker 10? If you are not using this IFS module what other solutions are you using and are these integrable with IFS?  We would like/love to move away from historic Excel spreadsheets.. Thank you all for your time and kind attention,Your assistance and feedback on this subject would be greatly appreciated. Kind Regards

The IFS documentation indicates that Server 2019 is the only updated version(Link). Any follow-up mentions for Windows Server 2022 since then? If such a possibility exists, is it mentioned in an acceptable recommended source?

Can multiple voucher lines be extracted at once

I am creating a Lobby element for end users but it is not behaving.I have created a data element based on an IAL and I can preview it and I get data results as expected. When I try ro select Columns though, I have to manually type the names. They do not appear in the drop down to select, but manually typing does workWhen I try to use the data elemend in a List display object, it refuses to show data. I just get a green cross and no data.The user has access to the data. I have tried creating an IAL and a quick information and a view direct into the IFSAPP schema but the Display element still will not show any data and none of the methods will let me choose the field names from the Colums sectio.Does anyone have an idea why Element willnot display results
