Hello All,

We have a reporting problem on IFS Cloud 23R1
When we want to get PDF report, it sends to queue most of time. and we are waiting minutes to get the report.
When we restart the App Server, it's working as well but after a few hours it happens again

you mean “report queue” ?
of course there is a lots jobs at there 
but I can’t cancel those jobs because they are all real report jobs from the users


I actually do mean the Background Jobs page in the Solution Manager.  In our case, we had a particular print job that appeared to be causing issues; canceling that background job did provide some movement on the print queue.  In the end though, we had to restart the reporting pods in order to get the report queue caught up and cleared.


We already do restart the report pods ( restart the app server ) every day but it does not work anymore. at the begining when we restart the server, it was working for a few days  but not now. when we restart the server the reports stucking after the 30-40 minutes.

 

is there a any way to restart only report pods?
