When creating a new case, and adding text to the “additional info” box, the text is not visible on a finished case. The box contect shows empty but it is visible on IFS’ backgroun system. The problem started somwhere between 10.9.-9.10.2024 and has been repeated on all cases created after that.

The template used with the issue it at least “Request a Consultancy Service”, could be others too. Attached a pic of the data not shown after case creation.
The field is shown blank after case creation even though the original data went to Jira.

We have issued a case to follow up on the blank field issue reported in here.
The case was commented that the issue could not be repeated in TEST portal. I made a new test-case in PROD portal and now it worked as desired, the additional text was still visible after case creation. Root cause or fix for the problem remain unknown but the functionality is now ok again.
