In the 2nd set of filters in overview windows can we define the value of these parameters or introduce new? because in our company we need to create a search between today and end of fiscal year which is in end of october

Not sure if you can define new filters, but in an overview page with date/time fields I am able to use #END_OF_NEXT_YEAR#-61 to only see records with a date before November 1.
