Do you have the SN in stock in the Indian company? If your SN is on stock but there’s no Serial Object created, you can create the Serial Object from Make Maintenance Aware page.

We have a this serial object  in USA company we need to move this serial object to INDIAN company. So we are not moving because we are not creating another serial number

​@cokaslan12 it’s what I mention in the above reply:

 If your SN is on stock but there’s no Serial Object created, you can create the Serial Object from Make Maintenance Aware page.

You need to find the Maintenance Aware page and look for your part_no and serial No → RMB → Create Serial Object and it will do the trick.

How do I move a serial object created in USA site to INDIAN site. Someone working in INDIAN site cannot see a serial object in USA site. 

​@cokaslan12 you can do it with a Distribution Order. Once DO is released it will create a internal CO in USA and an internal PO in India. Then you can follow the normal shipping process to deliver the internal CO to your site in India.

Of course, your interco setup between India and USA mult be properly done for this to work.
