We have just recently went live with IFS Cloud 23R2. I have installed the Business Reporter on a users machine. I have also created the IAM Client for Business Reporter. 

After installing the Business Reporter the user opens the report in excel and goes to the login feature but instead of the IFS login window opening, we receive this error instead? 

I have installed this on other machines and it worked perfectly fine. I am looking for some suggestions of how to try and resolve this issue.
