 Hi All,A Customer has set up user  log in using SSO (Azure AD) for IFS Cloud access, but the current setup requires repeated manual login clicks.Is there a way to disable repeated prompts? Thank you! 

Hi,We are in the middle of upgrading to 25R1 SU3 from 24R2. In all installations to test-environments so far we have experiecced a bug, the login fails a day after the installation has been done. Before that it is possible to login. Anyone else who experienced this issue?We have case CS0437713The RnD team has identified this as a defect within the IFS Cloud Application, and they are currently working on a solution, and solution is planned for the following versions.IFS Planned Version: 25.1.6 - 25R1 SU6, 25.2.0 - 25R2 GAUntil a permanent solution is provided, the current viable workaround is to restart the ifsapp-iam pod. The RnD team is also working on an alternative workaround in parallell, as the existing one is not sustainable.Kindly Marie

Based on our findings, there are typically several methods available to update permission sets following an update delivery. However, given the substantial volume involved—802 Security Objects associated with 379 Functional Roles—we believe that providing a set of scripts for the bulk update of permission sets is the most efficient and practical approach.That said, we would appreciate clarification on the following points: What are the limitations of the scripts? How does each prompt behave differently during execution? What are the recommended approaches for the team to test the scripts in a suitable environment ahead of deployment? .Best Regards,Dilka

Hi, Is there anyone has experience with customers’ LTU licenses for IFS Cloud? Based on IFS standard documentation, to enable user consume LTU license, only by connecting the users to LTU permission sets. But when customer purchase LTU license on IFS cloud, there is no LTU permission set available to chose from. Where could customer / partner get the LTU license for IFS cloud? and how to enable it when available? Thanks, Sutoto

Hi All,I was working with lobby navigation from the past month and noticed that when we navigate to a screen that has that tree level structure for example: “Project Monitoring”, Resource Management > Resource > “Resource Details” etc. after navigating to the screen I can't populate the tree view and it's just showing the data without the tree view expansion option. Just want to confirm whether it is IFS limitation or there is some way, but I am missing it! Best Regards,Vishal J

How are companies performing any releases with IFs?

A customer are currently using SSO with Multi-Factor Authentication, and when IFS Support needs to assist with debugging in their environment, dedicated accounts must be created. This process is taking significant time, causing delays and frustration. The project is now in a critical phase, and any delays in addressing support cases could jeopardize the planned Go Live.Could you please advise how Unified Support typically handles this situation with other SSO customers, and if there are alternative secure approaches we can propose?  

HelloI meet an issue when trying to publish new custom field in LU OutgoingInvoice next to the other published already. But, unfortunately i got an error PLS-0020: identifier … must be declared. I assumed something got wrong with the whole LU Custom Fields, then i unpublish the only existing.Unfortunately, when trying to publish the newly created i’m getting above error, but when trying to publish the one which was published, i’m getting:   There is no issue to deploy/publish custom fields in other LUs.I assume -942 is an ORA 00942 table or view doesn’t exist error, then when look into body of the CUSTOM_OBJ_SYS.Grant_Privileged_Users__ procedure the only suspicious thing is reading from system view dba_users.What could be a reason behind these issues? Best regards,Wiktor

Hello, Since we went live with IFS, we’ve used pick lists to create shipments for our customer orders. From time to time, we need to manually create a pick list using the Create Pick Lists for Customer Orders page (or the Quick Order Flow Handling page). In the past (most recently in 23r1), this generated a pick list which triggered the creation of a shipment since all of our customer order lines are set up to create shipments at the time of pick list creation. It’s also important to note that the pick list was created with a consolidated order number versus a regular order number when following this process.Now, we get a non-consolidated order number on the pick list, and no shipment is created. All of the shipment type settings that are common between 23r1 and 24r1 are the same and the order lines are saved with the At Pick List Creation shipment creation method. Has something changed? I found a couple posts asking about Hyper V support.  It appears IFS has abandoned the idea of supporting it, but I’ve been unable to find definitive information on it for recent versions.  Specifically, we are running Cloud 23R2.  Does anyone know if IFS supports a remote deployment in Hyper V for this release and future releases?
