Cloud 24R1 : We would like to export/ import multiple user profiles in one action. When I select two user profiles I do not have the option to export both profiles into one export file?!Anyone in the community knows how I can export/ import multiple USER profiles in one go?

Event on delivery

Hello.On the shipment screen (url : ifsapf:frmShipment_Ext ), I would need to make an event when the user runs the deliver process to forbid the delivery when the total amount is less than a certain amount.How can I make such an event? I don’t even see what might be the triggered table.

Demand Plan Client - cannot connect to forecast server

Hi IFS Community, We have set up a demand plan server in a remote 24R1 environment. The demand plan server components is also installed inside the database server (windows). The demand plan server is up and running. Below is the output when we navigate to the Demand Plan Server Metrics URL.(http://DP_SERVER:PORT/metrics)According to the technical documentation, the above should be expected output after a successful installation.However when we try to login through the demand plan client, the below error was noticed. The user which is logging in has been granted access via the ‘user demand access’ window on the ifs application. Has anyone noticed a similar issue before? Your input is highly appreciated.

Hi, all. We’re trying to move from 23.2 to 24. APPS10 OAuth2 with SSO

HiI have a customer in APPS10 who is using SSO for client authentication (Azure AD). they can login in with SSO with no issues. Now they are doing some integrations from external system and they want to call IFS REST API using OAuth2. When they try to get access token (using ROPC) with their SSO credentials (i.e. email address of user and password), they get error: credentials rejected.Then they created new user not registered in Azure AD (not SSO user) and now they can get the access token successfully with this user/password. But when they try to use this access token to invoke REST API they get error 401 (Unauthorized) --- this user was granted all needed projections.Any ideas would be appreciated Thanks

Order Delivery Notification Email

We are a fresh migrant from IFS 7.5 to Apps 10 UPD11 (we know, update soon). Disclaimer that I’m very beginner level with IFS, so please bear with me.We had a custom event written for our 7.5 environment to email customers when a customer order was marked as delivered. We understood this may be a standard function in Apps 10 and would like to recreate this. However, when I go to create an event action, I’m puzzled what to use for the “TO:” field.We aren’t using a report for this - just a simple body of text to a customer specific email address notifying them that an order was delivered including the number of that order.I see in “available substitution fields” that we can use variables to insert, but as usual, they are not clearly defined/labelled/documented so we don’t know what they are or where they are configured.Ideally, each customer would have a “contact” or address defined that would receive these notifications. IFS Cloud Lobby Navigation including nulls when selecting $[CR_RESPONSIBLE]

In IFS Cloud, I have the following lobby navigation:page/ChangeRequests/List?$filter=(CrResponsible ne null and CrResponsible eq $[CR_RESPONSIBLE]) or ( CrResponsible eq null)My desired result is to navigate to ChangeRequests based on the CrResponsible user selected and show all of that repsponsible users Change requests. If you select a line with a null CrResponsible user it is navigating to all the change requests with a null Responsible field (this is working as expected). However, If I select a non null CrReponsible record, It is navigating to all that users change requests + all of the null responsible change requests. How do I edit this navigation so that it only navigates to change requests associated with the CrResponsible user selected in the lobby element? and Only navigate to the null CrResponsible values if null record is selected? Tabular Model Errors- IFS Cloud

Hello, I was trying to create new tabular model based off the existing sales one. I was trying to add a new IAL to the tabular model and was able to create the data source and add the data source to the tabular model. I did set up some relationships between my newly created IAL data source and one of the existing tables in the tabular model However, When I get deploy the tabular model, I’ve been running into this error: REQUEST: 25203 SSISERROR: Analysis Services Execute DDL Task - SSAS:Error: Execution of DDL failed. I was wondering if anyone else has seen this error and if anyone was able to get around this? I was wondering maybe I missed a step in the process? Thank you.

Hello,In IFS Cloud 24R1 ‘Request Work Task’ screen, when a technician enters the expenses or updates the status (i.e., Travel, Arrived, Start Work, Completed) from mobile, it gets reflected in Cloud under the Costs tab.Expense line can be identified by the type ‘Expenses’ but for the Travel and Labor time, it is linked to a single cost type as ‘Personnel’. Script ACP deployment without downtime: PATCH to AppConfigPackageHandling.svc/AppConfigPackageVirtualSet()/ImportFile

I know the installation script can grab ACPs from a folder location, but this requires downtime.I know the Aurena GUI application can accept ACP ZIP files, but doing this in a web browser requires a mouse and can’t be scripted. When deploying a lot of ACPs, it’s too easy to miss one. I’d like a process for deploying ACPs in a brutally repeatable fashion (i.e. scripted) without causing end user downtime. So far, I figured out I can POST to this entity set to create a new object:AppConfigPackageHandling.svc/AppConfigPackageVirtualSet This gives me the Objkey to use for GET requests:AppConfigPackageHandling.svc/AppConfigPackageVirtualSet(Objkey='0123456789ABCDEF0123456789ABCDEF') I can’t figure out how to build the correct payload for this PATCH request. We have a prblem when trying to open URL links from Lobbies in App9WHen we click the link, we get and users are stuck. Issue with multiple Print Agents system

Dear IFS Technical Experts,I am having difficulty setting up a 2 print agent configuration properly.We have 2 sites and each site has it's own print server. On both servers we have print agents with different logical printer - physical printer mapping. However, they both listen on the same REST port, which causes problems: the faster agent grabs the job and if it wasn't addressed to its printers, it reports an error. We are on APPS10 and our system is hosted in the cloud so I do not have access to the middleware. Is there any routing configured there regarding the agents? Or how could I assign different ports to the different agents? If we change the port only on the agent side, printing will not work.Thanks in advance, Roland

Validation in Workflow Invoked by Event

I've encountered a problem and need some help understanding the workflow architecture, specifically when a workflow is invoked by an event. I'm focusing on synchronous workflow invocation only. Diagram from documentation Problem: I've noticed a difference in behavior between using Error_SYS.Record_General() in an Execute Online SQL event action and IFS Failure in a workflow event action (in my experiment, both are exclusively called by the same event). It seems Error_SYS stops the process, while IFS Failure in the workflow doesn't stop the process, and I can see more activities (Server Trace) in the DevTool log. Additionally, some data are changed despite the validation error message appearing.This issue is connected to the functionality: Report Picking of Pick List Lines -> Report Picking of one line with serial number.
