Why do Barcodes and Fonts shrink using Crystal Reports in IFS APPS10? Is there a fix for this issue?Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue? We are on APPS10 using Crystal reports to create parts labels. When we view in Crystal the barcode is fine but when we print through IFS the barcode/fonts shrinks. The samples show the differences. Thank you,  

I am new to cloud.  We are on 24r2 and need to know if there is a way to save the sort criteria on the screen shot.    

We have put in Update 28 to our 2 test environments.  We have found that the Purchase Order Authorization screen > View Only My Next Step generates an error for authorised users. If you are not an authoriser and therefore have nothing to authorise there is not an error.If you are an authoriser you get an ‘insufficient privileges’ error.Any ideas?  Is this another known bug in Update 28 that we have not been told about.PS - 2.0 folder has been deleted 

We have a barcode report that generate a report approx. 1800 pages with 3 barcodes on it. The result xml is around 16kb. When this report is printed to a logical printer the issues starts. The IFSAPP-REPORTING-REN prods starts crash-looping with OOMKILLED. The pod doesn't managed to update the status for the print jobs so it start all over again when it starts up ending up in a never ending loop of crashing the report rendering pod We have increased the memory for the pod from the default value 2GB to 6GB and we got the print out true, the pods used almost 5.8GB of memory to get i true.My question in IFS Appliction 8, 9 or 10 we had the system parameter to control the memory usage and utilize disk for the rendering process based on the xml result size Breakpoint XML size for when to format Report Designer reports in memory or using disk storage (kB)   Reporting This parameter controls the Disc Cache. Hi Guys,I am trying to attach the documents or view the documents through the cloud CRM companion App.I reviewd the technical documentation and documents are enabled through object connections for both Lead and Business activity. But I cannot see the attachment section in the companion app. I added the security grants for the CRM companion app. Not sure If I am missing any specific permissions  Any idea how I can use the document management functionality in CRM companion app please?

Can anyone have a report that shows conflicts between functional areas for SOD? We are using database object methods to define our functional areas.Is there a way to create a quick report that shows the functional conflicts for a Permission set? I think we need to lookup if the database object method matches the objects in our functional areas.I appriciate your help.

Hello,(We are on 23R1.6 in our environments.) We have a quick report that pulls invoice data, we can export this data from the quick report page, completely fine. We encounter no issues and the excel formatting is perfect. The issue we are encountering though, is when scheduling this report via scheduled reports, and having it emailed to our users, we notice that the method used to export the data onto an excel sheet adds an extra space and a new line character before the field values for all columns/rows. We cannot fix this on our end since these characters are added after the data is pulled from the quick report. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thanks,Bryan

Hello.I have created the following element for users to select the required date, this then navigating the user to the same lobby, however populating the WANTED_DATE parameter.I can get this to work with items that are not dates in the same way.Is there anything that needs to be added, modified within the associated Element??Any help is greatly appreciated,Cheers,Jamie

Hello,I’m on ifs cloud 24R1 environnement.I’m working on unballasting automatization flow and I use workflow BPA for this.In the flow, I have at some point the need to close a price line from the supplier for purchase part entityI checked the network logs (chrome inspector) to see what the close button call : So it call a function named PurchaseQuantityPrice_CancelWhen I check the documentation of the projection SupplierForPurchasePartHandling I can not find the function.But I can use it into my API Call in the workflow : I set the parameters I found in the URL Call, but it doesn’t work, I got the following error :  Projection call with name PurchaseQuantityPrice_Cancel does not have the expected parameters.  I Activated the “log errors” option into the API Call, but as you can see on the screenshot above, there is no eyes after the call in error, the log error option doesn’t seems to work.It’s the first time I see this behaviour, I don’t know how to set parameters as there is no docu

Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue while Creating a new item in  ProjectSetupParametersHandling/Projects/ProjectRoleAssignmentArray via an IFS API call in a workflow. The request fails with the following error message:"Failed to create the entity as it would be unreachable from the current path.” Workflow looks like this:There is also strange error when I don’t provide AssignSeqNo variable:“Please add value for key AssignSeqNo of nested entity ProjectRoleAssignmentArray.”Shouldn't it create this ID automatically? What am I missing? 

Hi all, We are on 25.1.1 and many users are reporting the web browsers (Edge/Chrome) taking up lots of memory and CPU % with using IFS Cloud. This might be linked to some pages (ex. Shop Order having about 500 material lines), but not in all instances.  Here’s an example from a key user:while loading data And once the data loads, the CPU % idles without memory getting offloaded.TIA

Hi!We want to show which user has executed the transport task in entity TransportTask. I know I could enable history log for the LU, but this is not searchable.My thesis is to add a persistent custom field on the entity that can be filled with Fnd_Session_API.Get_Fnd_User() through a custom event, and fire when user is executing the transport task (when object PRINTED_FLAG is changed from 0 to 1). However, I keep getting error messages when pressing Execute, especially ORA-01008: not all variables bound.Is my thesis even doable? Hello everyone! I would like to know if there is a way to integrate Microsoft Forms with IFS.I will explain what I would like to do: I created a form by Microsoft Forms that contains questions about Business Lead (We use this form in events to show our products to get new customers).What do I do today? I get all answers of this form and fill the “Business Lead” screen on IFS manually, one by one.I would like to automate this. After answer all questions of the form on Microsoft Forms and click on “Send”, all these answers fill the “Business Lead” screen on IFS automatically. Is this possible? Thanks!
