Cannot log out of ServiceNow

Service Center cases search

Hello,The service center portal allows searching for cases based on specific criteria: However, since the data presented on the portal shows very limited attributes of cases, it is not possible to take advantage of such fancy search options. Does someone know how to use this effectively?

Please tell us more about the contents of Global Support Policy.Q1. For customers using IFS Cloud, if they exit “Continuous Support” without updating RU, 　will they be migrated to “Restricted Support”? Or will it no longer be supported?Q2. In ”Severity Level Definitions”(P5), what exactly is the definition of Urgency 1 through 3?Q3. In ”Error Correction Delivery Policy”(P6), the following is described. “a single patch will only be delivered for the current Update -2 or later.” 　Does this mean, for example, that if the latest Update is 18, single patch corresponding to Update 16 will be provided?Q4. IFS Support link broken on Customer Portal?

I was set up with my IFS customer account and logged into the Customer Portal (https://portal.ifsworld.com/portal/) the next day. Initially, the IFS Support link was completely broken, opening to void(0);. Sometime later it began working with a direct click opening the Support Portal (https://support.ifs.com/csm ). I suspect there may have been a delayed permissions issue. However, trying to right-click to “Open link in a new tab” fails. I’m using latest Chrome. Is this intentional behavior?

IFS Portal Login

I’m having problems logging into the portal. I haven’t used it in a while and it won’t allow me to reset my password. I get “Invalid Username or User has not been approved. Please type your IFS username correctly and try again.” when I submit my username. I even tried to “register” but it says my username and email address already exist.

Customer Engagement Center (CEC)

I am trying to raise a support case via the CEC and it is not working - it has been a good while since I’ve had to use the portal but nothing is working - I can log in but it won’t allow me to view cases (loads are missing) but also I can’t raise a new one. Has something changed? We are still paying our support charges even for Apps9. Help very much appreciated.

DOes anyone know how to get to IFS case tickets proir to the new Portal?

The old IFS Portal and the Customer Engagement Centers are gone.I cannot find any of my previous cases in the new portal and when I try to open a case I can only open it for IFS Cloud.- I have IFS7.5 and IFS8.0 systems with cases.I tried to open a case for this issue but none of the drop downs apply and it won’t let me leave them blank.

New Interface for LCS/CEC/ISC

Hi. Will there be and if yes when a new user interface published to the Life Cycle Support (LCS) Solution that would replace both the Customer Engagement Center (CEC) and Internet Support Center (ISC)?The ISC look and feel is from the early 00’s but it still works more logically that the CEC. CEC on the other hand seems to be unreachable less than the ISC. I use LSC at least weekly if not daily and would really hope for some modernisation step to be taken in the functionalities and layout.When CEC was published I sent a long list of faults and improvement needs and I believe the answer at some point was that there will be a new tool at some point. I am still waiting and someone on this community probably has more information about the matter. bts. the sub project selection list on this form has no good value for LCS, but I have to pick one anyway to be able to create this question

I should have an account there but cannot login, password resetting not sending any emails back to actually do the reset. There is no information what or who could be contacted in such cases. And yes junk mail been checked also.

How to get certified?

Hello!As an IFS partner employee, I’ve setup my new training plan to get certified by the end of this year. I’ve tried to scan all training available for free to get familiarized with the provided traing modules. I’ve downloaded all the documents on the certification process and I’ve finally made my own certification plan according to my actual knowledge. I was a bit loss during the navigation but it’s a part of the process. May be IFS can improve how to find easily any items we are looking for.Today I’ve started form the basic requirements required by the certification. Some of them are free but many requires fees. I consider myself as an expert on the domain I’ve choosen but I dind’t see easily how to pass the test on those prerequisted modules to evaluate myself before the certification. Howether, I’ve got an appointment to pass my test by the end of november this year. If you can explain to me step by step how to get to the final exam (Project management), it would be great Thank y

Attachments not downloadable for closed IFS cases

Not sure if this is the correct sub forum to post this question. If not, kindly advise me what’s the correct sub forum. We try to open case attachments from the old [closed] IFS cases that we reported in the past. Seems it’s not possible. Not just me, all my colleagues I tested the issue seem to have it. It would be interesting to know if other customers also face the same issue.Is this an intentional restriction from the IFS side? IFS Customer ID 307435
