Hello, I wondered if there was a way to limit the amount of order lines that populate when pulling up a customer order. We have some very large orders that have thousands of order lines so it can take a while for them to load when we pull up the order. Is there a search parameter or something similar I can set so that the customer order would only load a portion of the lines to begin with? For example, if I only wanted to look at non-invoiced lines, could I load the order with just lines in the “released” status? We are currently still using IFS 9 Applications.

Hi, I'm getting below error after installing IFS BRES.Does anyone know how to fix this.Failed to start Excel Application , Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)). ,  with above error im getting another one.Template rendering Exception:  Object reference not set to an instance of an object., . Error not related to report design. (IFS CLOUD)Hello,I have created the Inventory part with multiple serial parts connected to this, to use them for Rental functionality. In Inventory Part in Stock, One of the Serial Part is showing as Reserved (Reserved Qty: 1) with Ownership as Company Rental Asset. How I can un-reserve the part to make it  Available to use on other projects?

Hi All, In the Past when we had Serial Object related items delivered to Customers and activated these Customers and products (Serial Objects) as Consignment stock we saw that the parts where in Inventory at the Customer.Than when we created an RMA to return these Parts.When the product arrived we try to receive, but than the system would generate the following message :“ First the product needs to be consumed, before you can receive it “We than had to go to the “Customer Consigment Consumptions” and click Report Consumed. At that point the ownership was transferred from Company owned into Customer owned.We than would go back to the RMA and receive it in our stock as company owned again, without any problems.This was the case in 22R1/22R2, which was really good!The only thing we saw was that when the customer was not the same on the RMA than where the stock was laying we would not receive a message and we had the product

Hello Experts,I need your advice on a scenario.For our client in 23R1 cloud version we are creating a fresh new order report. We would be creating new model file. All other components like RDF , Layout will also be created newly.Is this considered as Modification or Configuration (In terminology of CRIM) ?My understanding is that it is not modification as we are not touching the core.Can you please let me know your thoughts on this.Regards.Shashank

I’m working on a project to clean-up and update all the Building Addresses for our offices.My thought was if I had an SQL DB that assyst could pull and synch the location Data, we could automate the changes in assyst whenever the SQL DB is updated. But I couldn’t find what I was looking for, probably due to not knowing what I should be looking for in the docs.I’ve checked the assystETM, and Database Table: Building documents online,  which if I’m not mistaken, if I created a table that matches the Table structure it could be imported.Any ideas and/or suggestions greatly appreciated.C.

Hi. Changes this big should not be hidden inside periodical maintenance notifications. This change in email usage has a great possibility to do massive harm in the capabilities for communication between the vendor and customer. In our case we have a light (and sufficient) email-integration in use between our own and IFS’ ticket portals. Now it’s unclear if this will work from now on. It is vital to have it working. Will get back to this after talking about it  in more detail with our IFS consultant.

Hello everyone,We are using ifs print agent on 2 differents computers (Windows 11 OS, 16giga ram and the computer is not doing anything else excepted executing print agent 24/24 and 7/7) for our production labels.We are on ifs cloud latest release and version.For some unknow reason sometimes one of the print agent stop to work (sometimes the rest services and server avaibility turns to red, sometimes it’s still displaying “status ok” but in reality nothing work anymore). The log file isn’t telling us why and the origin of the problem.It also already happen that both ifs print agent on both computer stopped at the same time, we had to uninstall/reinstall the print agent to make it work again.Does anyone else already experienced that kind of problem ? It is mandatory to install this on a “dedicated” server ?Thanks for tips and answers.

Hello IFS Community,In my company we are using IFS 9.0.20.0 version. When we made quick report and tried this report we are getting an issue. When we use WildCard in PL/SQL query, we get this problem when we click the export to excel button from quick report. PL/SQL query is “SELECT order_no,       customer_no  FROM customer_order WHERE customer_no = '&[M----]CNO'”And this problem exists in the image Do you have a solution for this issue?  Thank you, Muzaffer
