When opening an ongoing task in Aurena (Service module), the side panel opens every time. This causes the technicians to have to minimize it each time, which is a minor annoyance. They often use tablets, and the panel takes up a lot of space.Currently, we are on IFS UPD25.Is it possible to have it always minimized? If so, how? Unfortunately, I have limited knowledge regarding Aurena and hope someone can assist with this.When it opens:Minimized: Thanks!

Every time I try to log in to the community, it does not recognize my password and I have to change my password every time.Any ideas what is causing this?I am using my proper username every time.  I have used my password manager as well as manually entering it and both fail, I have to reset every time.

The IFS Cloud 25R1 Deprecation Log lists the fonts that will no longer be available in Report Studio. -Monotype fonts will no longer be available in Report Studio after 25R2-Fonts need to be adjusted to match the new standard (Deja Vu) If IFS is going to disable Monotype fonts and make Deja Vu the standard, I think they need to add Deja Vu to the report font screen as soon as possible. How can I develop layouts using Deja Vu fonts and map them to Japanese fonts to develop reports? <Background>Currently, we are developing reports with IFS Cloud 24R2. Given the above policy, we plan to develop layouts using Deja Vu fonts in Report Studio and map them to Japanese fonts so that we will not be affected when 25R2 is applied in the future. However, Deja Vu is not displayed on the IFS Cloud report font screen. As a result, we cannot map Deja Vu to Japanese fonts.

I deploy software by creating win32 app packages in windows intune.I am trying to get switches for the IFS DevStudio install to work in CMD (Command) I have tried:SetupDeveloperStudio_18-64bit.exe /S /v/qnandSetupDeveloperStudio_18-64bit.exe /helpBoth display the install wizard in my test environment Sandbox.Can anyone tell me how to obtain the switches OR if there is a .MSI install version please? Many ThanksLouis

Hi,I tried to hide a colum “Proj Activity Seq No” in Page Configration so it applys to all user at my company but I can not find where to configure in Page Desinger in this pop upp window.  The column you find in Posting Proposal/ klick on View Cost Postings then pop up window call Cost postings. I opened Page Designer from Posting Proposal and tried to find where I can configure the pop up window but need help to find, thanks. Please note that we know that we can hide from Cloumn chooser but since this is valid only one user, we want to push to all user so that why we want to do this in Page Configration.  We have 24R2SU2.

I was wondering what the correct syntax is for the “starts with” operator. I have successfully created a datamapper and channel in ETM 11.8 to try and update the user Contact Manager, however, although it appears successful when I run the import, but nothing is updated and all I get is ‘Record to Update’ value not found.The datamapper is like this, although I have tried various derivatives and still get the same result - can any one advise me what I am doing wrong? Does IFS Cloud provide any SFTP as SAAS service?It does not make Sence to use external SFTP server when I am using IFS cloud services, I would be expecting that it should be an additional service that is running on IFS cloud infrastructure. Thank you

Hi allMy Lobby data source always provides the results for the current and the previous calendar week in the Lobby element.Now, when you click on a row in the Lobby element, the respective calendar week should be considered as the result.If you enter 'actual week' in the navigator filter, it doesn't work, because it always filters only the current week, but never the previous week.How can the navigator filter be set so that it always refers to the row of the selected calendar week? In IFS10, this could be done using 'to_char(field, 'iw').Thanks and br

Hello all.Hey everyone, my former colleague who has left out company had a macro that allowed him to scroll up and down in the dropdown menu without having to click on each item. He said his former boss made a macro for him. Can anyone tell me where to change this?I know already you can hold down ctrl and then up/down arrow. I find it more convenient to use mousebuttons.   

(Since 24R1) Database task chain shedule Weekly options cause that the Chain is launched every minuteWhen we use the Option “Weekly”, we have the issue that, at the Day/Time of the Schedule, the job is launched every minute .Here the setup  Here the result.  The solution is to use the SChedule Option “Custom” but Are we the only IFS client to have this issue ?

In IFS cloud there are many email event actions. All email actions send an email notification to the end user's so is there any way to divert all the email notification to one single email instead of sending to end users. Can we set a default receiver mail id globally in one place or can we check the exact value?
