How to change Date format from MM/DD/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY

If you use Chrome you can set the date format by putting the language that holds your desired date format at the top in Chrome settings - Language. It needs to be number one, but you do not need to use it for displaying Chrome . Below are the settings for dd-mm-yyyy
