Hi,

We’re having a problem in APP9 IEE environment. The application is too slow for only one user, but for other users it’s working/loading fine. Anyone can suggest and lead where to look at to solve this problem?

We did following steps in the User Profile and it helped us to overcome the problem. 

 

  1. Export Personal Profile of the user
  1. Clear Personal Profile
  1. Re-imported previously exported profile.
