Hi Community,I have problem to search a transaction in Inventory Transactions History – list view.In below picture You can see Transaction ID 1230035. Dear Community,As per my understanding the MRP-job deletes unreleased purchase order requestions (status=planned). This is how it is also described in IFS online documentation “Phases of MRP” in Phase 1, as attached below.However, at our customer (IFS Cloud 24R1), released purchase requisitions are also deleted and recreated by the MRP job (new ID, status planned) Is this a bug,is there a new setting/a new behaviour of IFS Cloud?Thank you for your help.  

Hi all, Relative newbie company having not long gone live. - First time posting! We’ve been asked a question as to whether it is possible to limit where users can issue stock from? We have a ‘PROD’ location no where we want our users to to issue parts from but, there are other locations which should not be picked from - including ‘IN - PICK’. Ultimately, we want the logged in user to use Manual issue shop order material line to have a limited view as to where they can issue from. massive thanks in advance for any replies.

We have a Released RMA with the Credit Chargers lines which has denied by mistake. Now need to Cancel the entire RMA as the user doesn’t need to proceed with it. But system throws an error as the credit chargers are in denied status. Let us know the possible solution to Cancel the entire RMA. Thanks in advance.

This is for IFS APPS 9.  We have just had to move our Demand Plan server from one physical server to another.   The Windows service is running fine.   I log in and I see in the Demand Plan Server  routine under TAB Server Dashboard, the new server running… green light, and the correct Host: NXIFSDB9.NXSTAGE.COM.     Every other user still sees the old server.   I have asked them to log out, reboot their laptops and come back in, and they all still see the old server host.    What do I need to do to get all of the other users to see the new Demand Plan server?    Thanks!  

I need to add a Note text to a Quick report and could not find a place where it is stored.  

How are Suppliers added to the Approved Supplier List?   There is an “approved” toggle in the quality section of the Supplier>Purchase application, but it does not seem to add to the ASL.  

How do you create a note for an inventory part?I’m using Aurena and trying to populate the “Note” field for an Inventory Part on the inventory part page.I don’t want the document text because I don’t want it on the purchase documents, I just need a specific note for a specific part.  - Thanks.

When I try to create a new payment order I am getting this error. 

Hi,in the inter company process, I want to automate the pre-posting of a customer order which was created by a purchase order,  but the problem there is no trigger, everything happens in the background.I made a bpa when creating a customer order in asynchronous mode, but it didn't triggered.i made another test in the Supply Chain Purchase Order Analysis but the event triggerd just when i refresh the screen.can any one tell me how i know  the trigger for the creation of the customer order for this process Thanks.Regards.

Getting this error only for Purchase Order line excel migration. Can somebody help? 

we are trying to do an inter-site stock transfer from Site 02 to Site 01, using a PO and CO as we want to receive the stock into the receiving site (01) with the freight charges included in the inventory value. When we do this currently, with customer/supplier records set as "Internal", when we receive the inventory part, it stamps the inventory value as the inventory value from Site 02 and completely ignores the prices and charges on the PO. Is there a way to include transport charges into the inventory value when doing inter-site purchase?

Hi We'd like to cancel the lines of PO  But, the shop order of this PO was closed, we can not cancel these PO lines. Please let us know how we can cancel the PO lines that shop order was closed.  

I am receiving an error when trying to edit a customer order line that is released. It says cannot connect to shipment because all package components have been supplied by internal purchase direct supply. Any ideas? Seems to only happen for supply code pkg parts (package parts). We have shipments that are auto created when a customer order line is released. IFS app10

Hi Team, One of our customer wants to remove the standard SEND_FREIGHT_BOOKING integration and get rid of the application message that are generated with the Error status. I initially instructed him to disable the below routing rule But even after disable the routing rules, they still gets the Application messages. They dont want those application messages at all as they never used this functionality. Is there a way to disable this functionality to avoid such application messages are genereted? Best regards,Kapilan

HI For those of you on Apps10 UPD11 (IEE) has anyone experienced IFS screens suddenly shutting down ?No error or warning, no pattern we have detected so far. Users are saying it is happening several times in a week.If anyone has experienced the same thing and has found a path to resolving it,  would really appreciate any advice I can get.

There is a purchase order authorization rule with two steps Step 01- Authorizer A with a limit of 500Step 02- Authorizer B with a limit of 1000Expected resultsWhen a purchase order is created for a amount of 300 only Step 01 will be valid for the original authorization.- Works fineNo authorization within the order amount in change order - - Works fineA change order will be created and the amount will be changed to 700 , Here I need both the steps A and B to be included for authorization of the change order.- Does not work as expected. When I use the below set up on company level , it does not pick any authorization for the change order when the amount is changed to 700.If I do not use this tick it will just pick the step 01 considering the

Hi Team,I’m testing “Calculate Planning Data “ function to auto populate planning data. Followings are my setup:1.Rather connecting commodity group 2 inventory part and statistical period through it , I have updated “Pred Year Cons Qty” on the inventory part2.Then I have set planning method C on inventory part3.I have enabled the safety stock, Order Point and lot size checkboxes for auto update.4.I have updated the inv interest, Ordering cost and service rate with values.After running “Calculate Planning Data “ job ( background job is ready ), system still not update any of those values.What could be I'm missing here? I have created few demands ( customer orders ) for current period as well. 

Hello,the Inventory Part  is created/connected for Site B2251in PO we bought 40l but this qty results from gathering all our demands of all sites (here 15l for site B2251 + 25l for site B2252)we didn't want to create two PRs for two different Sites because then we should create two POs while we want optimize our number of POs and our costs and we have better price depending on the qty (the more you buy the less you pay).after delivery we made receipt according to the PO to Site B2251.now, we would like to split qty of 40l to sites B2251 and B2252 - to clarify: on stock B2251 we have 40l and 25l we would like to transfer/relocate/issue to stock B2252.is it possible to do that in IFS, if so, what we should do. Regards, Kruthika
