Dear experts,I have an issue on screen “Analysis Result”.In the tab “Variables” column “Result” I can’t see the values. But a few of my colleagues are able to see there the results. Do need any basic data settings, permission sets or is that a bug?   

Hello everyone,Currently we are using Warehouse Tasks for Customer Order Picklist, however in the near future we would like to introduce Shop Order Picking as Warehouse Tasks (Tasks processed via WaDaCo)Is there an easy way to mix both processes into one Warehouse Task for one Order Number? Thanks all,Michal 

Does anyone have a great grasp on cycle counting within cloud? I used to do it within Epicor and it seems much easier than how IFS does it. Specifically locking inventory on parts and specific moment, not just when they are added to a count report. We are counting 50 parts a day for the rest of the year and I am hoping to make it as quick and painless as possible. David 

Dear community, We have two different company in IFS and I set up inter-company setup and it works perfect up to now. But now, I need to create new part_no’s and configuration structures for supplier site.The problem is when I match the parts, I have a message like below;  ps: Part1 and Part2 have same configuration characteristics.  I hope someone can help about this situation. Thanks in advence,Kind RegardsOzgun Bal

Hello everyone On the image above i have changed the validity of some characteristics ( Active > > Hidden). It doesn’t make any changes on the configuration creation screen. It still asks me the hidden characteristics. And then  also  i changed the mandatory characteristics  (YES >NO) it still gives me the option to choose from hidden characteristic values from list of values. Can someone tell me the functionality of the validity value “Hidden”. Thank You.

Is there a way to limit locations to a single part?Specifically, when a location has been picked to empty, nothing else should be receipted into that location apart from the original part. Is there any way to achieve this in APP9? 

We are currently using IFS Apps 9 and operate from two physical locations, which we’ll refer to as Location A and Location B. However, we have only defined one site in IFS.At present, our shipment delivery notes are set to print automatically at Location A by default. Since we have recently started shipping from Location B, we need a solution to ensure that delivery notes are printed at the correct location based on where the shipment originates.As it stands, the system does not distinguish between Location A and Location B. Could you please advise on how we can configure the system to print delivery notes at the appropriate location?Thank you in advance for your help!

customer wants to know in cloud if it is possible to view only the records to specific users , as a configuration or parameter based on a field, ex - in the Functions Object window can certain users only see only specific Object Type?

  I have tried to test myself and have searched for this info, but nothing works.I want to create a chart that shows the total number of articles in the warehouse and the number that has been counted. I don't know if it's possible, but I want the chart with "chart view" and not in a lobby (not yet). But I can't find the right values to choose ​​for this info? I'm also not sure what each word actually means, what does it actually count. I just want two lines/bars showing the total number of items and how many are counted of these.  

Hi, In IFS Aurena, are creating a large amount of customer orders that are unable to be released due to customer requirements. Is there a way to export the interim order header to view a ‘list’ of the components to check material availability without reserving/allocating parts (as a Capability check would do).

Hi All, We receive a daily EDI schedule from one of our customers. Once per week we receive Firm and Forecast schedule EDI and the remainder of the week daily, we receive 10 days firm only demand EDI. When pulling this 10 day firm only demand in to Apps 09 - it is currently wiping all of our forecast demand off from the system. Is there something in the workflow on APPS 09 within the customer schedule agreement, that we can set up to try and keep the forecast demand on while pulling the firm demand only EDI? Thank you in advance.. 

When I follow this process of crediting an invoice after the work order is completed, the credit invoice and the original invoice don’t link in anyway.Is there a way to add a step in the process that will do that?It would be nice to look at the order/invoice and see in the history that there is a credit towards it….

Hello all, We have a user that only has this error on his side. We have a tried to login to a different PC, cross checking all the permission sets but still the user get this error when trying to open SALES->ORDER->CUSTOMER ORDER LINES  Any idea what cause this issue? 

Is there a limit to the number or customer order lines that can be invoiced at one time in IFS Cloud? I have an order with 322 lines that needs to be invoiced. The Quick Order Flow, Batch Create Customer Invoice and Create Customer Invoice tools all fail with the same error, “At least one invoice line must be entered before saving invoice”. I am able to create individual shipment invoices. 

I have the supply chain matrix set up for site to site.  Works great until I have site A do an internal purchase direct with a supplier of Site B to CUSTOMER 1.  At the supply site (site B), the order is processed to Site A and utilizes the route and transit times even though the ship to address is to CUSTOMER 1.  The ship via will be the same, (it is going on our own fleet).  Any thoughts on how to not use the supply chain matrix for site when these orders are processed? 

How can we get field level help on the pop-up windows in Cloud?

Hi, I'm new but I hope this question ends up right.We use IFS Cloud and I am looking for a way to track inventories.Logically, I think you should get the info you want from "Count Results", but I miss the ability to use the filters to get a proper search.My company is located in a few cities with a central warehouse in each. And in every city there are remote warehouses. The closest I can search is on City, I can't filter out the remote warehouses or unwanted "Location No", can deselect one but not several.I am therefore looking for a way where we can follow up on how much is inventoried at each "Warehouse" even remote warehouses, but that we can split these up for each warehouse and not bundle everything together.For each Warehouse I want to be able to see - Total number of articles- How many articles are inventoried- And get % in a simple wayI've been looking for info but haven't found what I'm looking for. A chart would be useful to.

Hi All,I am looking for some thoughts on an issue we have with a Shipment of a Package Part.We have a customer order for 3 off of package Part APackage Part contains Part B Qty 4Part C Qty 4Part D Qty 4The child Parts are purchased from our sister company so a Purchase order is automatically created. However, on the PO there are the 3 Parts.Part B Qty 12 (3 x 4), butPart C and D both have Qty 48, these should also be 12.Can anyone think of what elase may cause this, I’ve checked conversion factors and MOQ’s etc and all is as should be. We are using apps 10. Thanks 

Hello All,I want to block buyer from buyer screen it is not possible as buyer is already used in creation of Purchase order.We have option ‘Hide’ but we need another solutionIs their any other solution to block the buyer ?? Regards

Hi, When printing the pick list, I would like to also print part labels at the same time. The goal is to identify the parts when picking: the operator goes to the location, takes the parts and puts a label on it. In the shipment type, you can have an event to print the handling unit labels. However, as we didn’t define Handling units yet, that’s no use. How can I do this? Thanks!

Hi All,The default Transport Task Report outputs task line serial numbers for the same part number as a single string instead of by transport task line id . The warehouse team would like an itemized report as displayed in the Transport Task window (similar to the pick list)I tried to create 2 custom fields for Quantity and Serial Number from the transport_task_line view but when adding these fields to Report Designer the data does not populate when previewing the report. I can see that the data is there when I query the custom field view. Any ideas? 

Hello,I have change UoM from kg to m in Part , purchase part but it is not refelecting in Inventory part.In inventory part still the UoM is Kg. Also in Inventory Part UoM is not editable.Is their any option to change Uom in Inventory Part.Regards,Kruthika

I need to know the logic the utility uses to re-classify ABC Class on items.  I just need to understand the calculations IFS uses to classify the ABC. I am trying to determine if it uses the total consumption value (based on Annual consumption value = Annual x Unit Cost) and calculates  a cumulative percentage OR if it uses a weighted approach that assigns different weights to ‘value’ (annual consumption value) and usage frequency (how often an item is used) version and uses both total value and volume.Can anyone provide me the IFS it uses to reclassify the ABC classes. Also it is important to understand when is best to run this..  we just brought a separate company/site in Oct 23 but into the same company/site in June 2024.  Will the ABC classification use only usage since June 2024?  I do see on Inventory Part Availability Planning that the usage does show from last year, so would the ABC Classification see this
